Great big room with long tables to share or sidewalk tables, everything is fresh fresh fresh because they're hugely popular and there's is always a quick moving line.We had the combo lunch - outstanding value and pretty much whatever you want plus chips and a drinkThank you for the review, you are always more than welcome.

We were eager to try this Moroccan restaurant in Leuven because we love tajine and couscous. The interior appeared rather less attractive than on the website pictures. The restaurant is divided over several rooms and only the first one has some atmosphere. Together with two other diners we were seated in the second one, which was almost completely separated from the rest of the restaurant. From our table, we had a view on an ugly bar counter and the door to the loos. We had chicken tajine with preserved lemons and olives and tajine with kefta. As is customary in Morocco, the tajines were served with bread and not with couscous. Nothing wrong with that. The quality of the food was good, but not exceptional for the price. On the whole, Koutoubiya is surprisingly expensive for a simple Moroccan restaurant: starters range between 15.5 and 18 euros, mains between 18 and 32 euros. Service was none too friendly. We won't go back..

We visited Palmyra for a business dinner during a one week trip and decided to come back the next day, because we absolutely loved the food and the great service.We can recommend the mixed plate where you can choose 5 dishes from the menu and get served tapas-style. You cannot go wrong with that and you'll leave the place satisfied :)Prices are absolutely okay & fair.
