Was at the Food Festival in Mdina and tried the food from this restaurant which prompted us to visit them in Bugibba.Large restaurant very spacious We ordered various dishes and everything was very good full of flavourThe poppadoms were the best on the island definitely The only thing that wasnât so nice was the paneer dish - maybe make paneer tikka ?We will return at Christmas so my husband can try Good prices too Nice friendly lady serving Thank you, Salousta, We at House of Spice would like to thank you for awarding us 5 stars. A good selection of food available although I did find the meat a bit tough / overcooked which was a disappointment however the flavours were a delight. There wasn't much choice for desserts. If you stay in the DB hotel then you must try this out but not sure if I'd want to pay 46 euros from the street, you'd best keep the money and treat yourself at your favourite indian at home for more authentic dishes.Dear Ian,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Upon entering the restaurant, we found it to be clean, tidy and modern. The staff were relaxed and friendly. Whilst we sat and awaited our order we observed a steady stream of locals, which was a pleasure to see.The food was excellent, freshly prepared and piping hot. A small selection of freshly baked cakes was also available...we were so full from our main that we did cake-a-way!We shall return...Thank you very much for the kind words, vixb2017!
