They know how to serve for at least tow generations. We were lucky to eat at their restaurant at the Lake of Galilee.
This restaurant is in a beautiful, historic building very well renovated as well as spacious. There are several separate rooms for dining and a very nice breezy patio section. The service was exceptional. I had the halloumi cheese salad, salmon, shrimp with vegetables and fresh bread. The portions were very large, very tasty and served promptly. I also had an excellent glass if white wine from a local winery, recommend the local wines to try out.The restaurant is a short 5 minute walk from the historic crusader fortress, old prison holding the jewish underground and picturesque mosque.Highly recommended on an Acre visit, all around exceptional restaurant.

When deciding between restaurants, I choose the one with the most locals. Falafel Arafe was the place! I was lucky to snag one of the chairs along the wall with the tiny tables, Order your falafel "hakol" ("with everything") and you won't be disappointed! Also, you pay when you are done eating, not when you get your food. It's nice to be trusted not to dine and dash!

I've been going to Issa's for 37 years. Even now I live outside Israel, I make a pilgrimage to Acco every visit. The hummus is tasty, perfect every time, generous servings, always accompanied by fresh vegetables and pickles and the best soft pitot. The family are lovely, it's cheap, healthy, vegetarian. What else could you possibly ask for in life?

This restaurant always delivers great food. We always order the salad meze plate as a starter. Today we had taboulleh, pickles, Turkish salad, matbucha, tuna salad, corn salad, hummus, beetroot salad, tehina salad, babaghanoush, chopped Arabic salad, olives, zuchini salad. It is a lot of food so to have the salad buffet with a main dish and some french fries is more than enough. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Very reasonable prices.

We stumbled upon Maadali looking for a simple lunch and were so pleased. Delicious food - cauliflower was roasted beautifully, not bitter and very flavorful. The grape leaves were the best Iâve ever had. The chef owner was so welcoming and the ambiance inside the Turkish Bazaar is lovely. I definitely hope to return!

Flooka is a mediterranean seafood cuisine restaurant owned by Chef Saeed Shami, a local chef & winner of various awards! It's perfect for fans of fresh shrimp, calamari, fish, lobster and more! For meat lovers, we also offer a variety of exquisite fillet
We went there with a group of friends for a light dinner and it was a perfect choice. The salads and the fish are amazing. They offered us the daily choices of fresh fish and the owner was nice and helpful. The watermelon as a desert was the perfect ending. Don't miss it if you are in Akko.
