Met a friend nearby who had an appt and stopped at Momcorn after reading they had GF and Vegan choices. We both had the vegan jibarito (al pastor eggplant and plaintain yumminess on a plate). So filling, comforting and tasty. Also had the veggie tamal and it was delicious. We had a homemade passion fruit drink with hints of cinnamon and clove, it was great. The guacamole was so good. What was outstanding was the service we were given! So many helpful answers to our questions and very kind and personable. Will tell others and come again for sure!

How many places offer roasted iquana? Seriously varied menu, food was well-prepared (though cerviche was chopped too fine for my taste). Service was a bit spotty. Went before a concert at the Genesee and told the waitress our timing, but had to keep flagging her down. Still, worth checking out.
We are a small family-run Mexican restaurant serving home-cooked authentic meals. We offer carry out and delivery and encourage our customers to call ahead with their order since everything is made fresh.
Small, family-owned restaurant in Waukegan, serving fresh Mexican food. We are going to be regulars now that we found it! Everything was hot and fresh, cooked to order. Even the red sauce at the table was fresh! Small menu means they do everything perfectly. Had what I wanted, with leftovers for later. Super-friendly staff, exceedingly clean and bright. Great for a family meal. Open Thursday to Sunday, with great and reasonably priced weekend special menu items that you can buy by the pound! Try the Bistec de la Mexicana (sort of a fajitas with skirt steak and jalapenos, perfectly charred veggies and meat on the grill) and Choco-flan! (Super moist cakey bottom with flan top)Thank you so much for your review! I hope that you've continued to visit us! I will share your comments with the family, as they will make everyone feel so proud. We've worked hard to have a great restaurant that people will enjoy coming to! Thank you again!
Find your nearby Taco Bell at 3200 N Lewis Ave in Waukegan. We're serving all your favorite menu items, from classic burritos and tacos, to new favorites like the $5 Double Stacked Tacos Box, Crunchwrap Supreme, Fiesta Taco Salad, and Chalupa Supreme. So
Went to this Taco Bell while in the area for a business trip. There was a row of cars around the building and I considered not stopping, but I figured I'd give it a try. They were surprisingly quick and got everyone taken care of in record time! And the food was all great.
This is one of those little hole-in-the-wall places that everybody loves. It's your greasy go to Food Gyros Italian beef fresh cut fries. My family had everything from the tacos, Gyros, Italian beefs, to patty melt. When we were searching for a place to eat ,the fresh cut fries always get us and these will not disappoint.

Just had the Talapia taco's for the 3rd time as always delicious, my friend raves about the shrimp ones.Tried Chicken Cobb Salad last week and it was awesome!! If your looking for a friendly place to eat with good food and drinks, then don't miss this place, tell your friends and family they won't be dissapointed. The drinks are very good too!!!
This is a newer store and always quick and friendly staff. The parking lot is huge and the access on and off Sheridan makes it easy to get in and out. This is my favorite store in the T.B. chain!
This place is serving up some fantastic amazing authentic Mexican food in Zion, IL. The sweet Mom & Pop who take your order at the front counter are simply nice people. This place gets slammed at lunch time, so be prepared to wait. This place is the working man's lunch joint. They have great daily specials like tacos for $1 on Monday & $1.25 on Tuesday. These specials may change but I'm sure they will have something great to choose from. They do have specials all week. This place isn't going to win an award like a fancy $$$$ sign restaurant but they could kick any of those restaurants butts on pure taste and flavor. So if you find yourself in the area and want really Mexican then this is the place for your dinning experience. You will thank my later from your wallet and your taste buds.

This place is DELICIOUS! Best breakfast around. Try the breakfast burrito grande or the huevos rancheros. Great omelettes and pancakes too. Homemade salsa is outstanding!!! Casual, friendly and very reasonably priced. You can get a drink here too. We really like El Lago. You will too.
