Taco Bell is my grandsons' favorite fast food restaurant. This is the first time I'd been to the one on Washtenaw Ave. The food was good- tacos, cheesy roll up and the cinnabon delights. They were short handed plus supplies were being delivered so the wait was longer than should have been.
Just tried the newest restaurant in Ypsilanti, "STUFD a Burrito Joint" and it was awesome. Went there with some friends at lunch and the food was very good, very fresh and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful, it is very similar to Chipotle but with a small town friendliness.

The location of this restaurant is deceiving-it's in a strip mall next to a lingerie boutique. Most of the tacos are $2, except the fish/shrimp tacos, which are $3. I had a chicken and a fish taco, and both were delicious! Very generous portions, great flavor. Also had a couple tamales, which were OK. (Not really a big tamale fan, but wanted to try a variety of food.) Very friendly service. I was the only english speaker in the restaurant, which I consider a vote for authenticity and taste! Would definitely eat here again and try some of the other flavors.

It's been awhile since visiting this Mexican restaurant which is located in a strip mall. The decor gives you the feel of being in Mexico with booths and tables. Yes are set to sports. The chips are made in house, which always makes them good! The quality of the meat in burrito was really good. No hamburger here, beef tips according to the menu. Service was ok, could have been a little bit more attentive.

I lived on the Texas Mexican border for a long time and I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant in Ypsalanti when I came for a visit. I was really there for a snack and discovered that they had Pibil which is pretty hard to find. It was on the menu but when I ordered it they had to make sure they had it, which they did. In case you aren't familiar with it, pibil is southern Mexican barbque. It is pork soaked in fruit juice and, at least in Mexico, wrapped in a banana leaf and slow cooked in a pit. I'm sure they can't do that in the middle of Ypsilanti, but they came as close to the taste as any I have had in the states. Go for it.

I attended a going away party for a staff member at this establishment. We were given the back room and there were approximately 40 people in attendance. This easily accommodated all of us.As people streamed in and out during the evening event, the staff were courteous and very prompt with each of them including both dinners and drink orders. They provided chips and salsa Pend Oreille though, and menus were ready. They also allowed some staff members in early to decorate for the occasion.I had the beef taco salad with sour cream on the side and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone had something different and each of the plates of food that came out looked very good!I would recommend this establishment for a small family, a party of five, or a large gathering!!It was a great event and I couldn't have asked for better food or service!I will definitely be back!

Decided to try a new restaurant and picked this one based on trip advisor reviews. It was as good as it has been rated. Salsa is toward the hot side but is so smooth and packed with flavor. The waitress was extremely helpful in advising on selections. The tamales are good: but only go for 2 as they are so filling. Good chips and of course we had to try the guacamole The owner was there and friendly. You could see she knew many of the folks coming in. Nice to see a small business succeeding

Fresh from scratch Mexican cuisine, with authentic, fusion and Tex-Mex options. Vegetarian friendly, and great happy hour too!
We met friends and sat in the outdoor seating out back. We have been there several times but was unaware of that option. Our margaritas tasted good, but had very little alcohol compared to other similar restaurants.
