Visited Corineâs Mexican Restaurant while traveling through Colorado on vacation. All the reviews we read spoke of horrible service, bland food, ignorant servers and a dirty environment. I am pleased to say that wasnât the case for us. My Fiesta Steak Salad was huge, appealing, great flavor and seasoning. Hubbyâs Taco Chicken Salad was small sized, but loaded with chicken. Stated his guacamole was ok, though obviously not made on site. Our only complaint was the constant bombardment by flies. Our server was attentive and pleasant.

Traveling through the area a store clerk suggested this location. Stopping by we went in and the one lady serving told us to have a seat while she finished her prior duties. Our orders were subsequently taken and then delivered to us. All were quite flavorful. Note the sign on the register if paying by credit card: Cash only for tips. Receipts, if desired, or sent to mobile phone.

Among the local diners in Walsenburg, TC's has the best green chile. Real good Huevos Rancheros Good portions, good prices, good people.

First, there was no "normal" offering of chips and salsa. Secondly, the chili relleno had so much sauce on it that it overshadowed the chili pepper. Kinda gross, especially since it was green. I had a whole plate of GREEN. Husband's food wasn't exactly tasty, either. No refill on drinks....at least the waitress didn't come back with any. I won't go back.

Old school eatery with the main subject of conversation being the football gambling pool. Folks came in to check the gambling pool for winners and pot size. Food was ok but doubt we will ever stop again.
