My wife likes Tacos but most of the new restaurants that serve them don't have the plain taco and ground beef.We saw on their web page that they do serve this so we went. The restaurant is bigger than it looks from the street and is very nice. The left side is for seating and the bar area. They also have live music!! The right side is a large restaurant with different seating areas and some for private parties. The Margaritas were delicious and reasonable. The nacho chip for $ 4.00 were a perfect start with our drinks. My wife enjoyed her tacos and I had the Fajita's.A sizzling platter of sauteed onions, peppers & one choice below, served w/ rice, refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese & tortillas which was also very good. They offer a good selection of other dishes, like Hamburgers, meat loaf, wings and jambalaya. Thanks so much for joining us at Nacho Mama's, J. We're so pleased to read that you loved our menu selections, the quality of the food, preparation of our signature margaritas, and everything else about your time spent with us. We truly appreciate your kind words and this great rating. We look forward to your next visit and hope to see you again soon.
So Baja fresh has free chips and a great salsa bar but its just not as good as its competitors in my opinion. Food is cooked to order but that just slows down the process. The Nacho burrito didn't have much Nacho in it but was tasty nonetheless.

My sister & I were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a quick lunch. We're familiar with Baja Fresh restaurants and thought this would be a good choice. We were right. Our order was taken promptly by a cheerful staff. I ordered a Baja Burrito with pulled pork. My sister got a soft taco & chips. Our total was less than $15. By the time we got our drinks and picked out a few salsas off the salsa bar, our order was ready. My burrito was HUGE and filled with fresh ingredients. Ditto for my sister's taco. And the chips were fresh & crispy. All the salsas and pico de gallo were delicious. We left there stuffed. The restaurant looked clean & well-maintained. There were employees circulating & cleaning up while we were there. We didn't stop in the restrooms so I can't comment on their cleanliness. And it was around 35 degrees so we didn't use the outdoor patio.Basically this is the perfect place to stop for a quick & fresh lunch.

La Tolteca is a loud, funky, fun sort of place with wonderful wait staff. Everyone of the staff I had contact with was pleasant and accommodating. The food was a little disappointing. The salsa presented with the corn chips was good. I had an enchilada and a tamale with black beans. There was lots of chicken in both the enchilada and the tamale, butt the taste was quite bland...the black beans could have used a little garlic and some more spices as well. The Mexican draught beer was ok. I like the place....and would like to be able to give them a better rating.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Staff are great, teamwork at its finest! Brian the bartender prepared our margaritas and took our order for a Santafe chicken salad and loaded boneless wings. Presidente margaritas (with the extra served in a side shaker) were weak but very good. Food was the same, very good. What we found unique was while being served our food by one person, we were asked âif we needed anythingâ, a different bartender stepped in behind the bar later and asked the same thing, then Brian returned from waiting on a table and checked in with us again. Refreshing. 3 different employees working together! Lots of TVâs showing all different NFL games and small free trivia games are available. Great! Bathrooms and entry way were the only areas we were not impressed with. Dirty and needed attention. If bathrooms are dirty...whatâs the kitchen look like? We will return...

We tried this restaurant for happy hour. The bar is lovely and our bartender was great (Eddie). The salsa had way too much cilantro for our taste. The tacos are loaded with fresh cilantro. We asked for no cilantro. The chicken and steak meat on tacos is good, but there is no cheese, tomatoes, or sour cream. Not the typical tacos we're used to getting. Fresh, but could have used some cheese. Will return for happy hour, but probably not for dinner. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
There used to be a line out the door before they had a health issue. Negative issues have been corrected and food is better than ever. I go at least once a week.

Our family group stopped in on an early Saturday evening, and were so thrilled to see the beautiful decor and non-phony Mexico vibe. This was carried forward by excellent servers who spoke both English and Spanish, and nicely prepared dishes ranging from carne asada, chili relleno, to combination plates including tamales. Very authentic flavor and everyone in our group is fussy about our Mexican food. Chips and salsa tasty, margaritas nicely balanced with tequila (what a concept)!! One of the highlights on my trip to Baltimore-believe it or not! Portions are generous and prices no more than what you might find in a less authentic Mexican food establishment.
