We came upon this Mexican restaurant while staying overnight in Henderson at a hotel near the Denver airport. This restaurant was convenient and most satisfying in meeting our dining needs. Mi Jardin is in an older, warehouse area and seems to cater to many folks from the relevant ethnic group. This indicates, accurately, that the prices are moderate and that people who should know about this cuisine find good stuff at this restaurant. I had sopapillas, a New Mexico favorite and mine also, but not so readily available outside the "Land of Enchantment". Mi Jardin offers sizable sopapillas and at a reasonable price. It was very pleasing and delicious. They also have a variety of not pricy but good tasting Margaritas as well as a good selection of beers. This place certainly deserves the high ranking it has in TripAdvisor reviews. Mi Jardin (note that the name is "Mi" Jardin, not "El") can be a bit hard to find but is just off the main street in the Commerce City area, around 70th Street. The place offers several dining rooms and a popular bar.

Los Arcos is authentic Mexican food, and itâs really good! Friendly service and staff, very clean and ample dinning rooms and their menu is extensive. The management is very fond of Military, Law Enforcement and Fire Service personnel earing there and show their appreciation by providing free appetizers. You canât go wrong at Los Arcos. I recommend it!

All the food served always taste fresh and ready to eat when ready. The To-Go team is such a great service and very punctual when it comes to your take out orders. Excellent customer service, the other restaurants near by should definitely take notes. Beef fajitas are a must with great spices and bell peppers for flavor. Keep up the great work guys and always get sustainable sources with your well cooked Mexican food....

Our office is (relatively) nearby and Tia Maria's is one of our go-to out to eat for office lunches for a bunch of us. Our group (12-20) has been coming to T.M. for years and we are seldom disappointed. I should have written a favorable review a long time ago.I am not a Mexican food expert, but whatever any of us order seems more than satisfactory. I love chili rellenos and theirs are always wonderful. The combo plates are a huge amount of food. Mexican hamburger (which doesn't sound that good to me) is a regular choice for a couple people in the group and it always satisfies.Almost as important as the always very good food, it the excellent way that they always handle large groups. They always devote as much staff as is necessary, the food always comes out all at once and nice and fresh, the bills are always presented promptly and to the correct person. The waitstaff constantly refreshes drinks and responds to any other needs.Prices have gone up slightly recently, but the place still is a bargain. This is not fine, elegant dining, but it's good food served in a very professional and extremely friendly and solicitous manner. What's not to like?

I really liked this plate, we are here for lunch twice in one week. The barbacoa plate is outstanding, the braised beef cheek is melty tender and so full of rich flavor. The sharpness of the fresh cilantro and onion is a perfect balance to the barbacoa. The chili verde was very, very good. The tacos de carnitas were fantastic. The service was great, very fast and professional. Chips and salsa and drink orders within a few minutes, even though the place was very busy. I'd love to go back, there are many things on the menu I did not get to try.

Today I ordered the Spinach Quesadilla. It was delicious. Personally I took off the tomatoes and asked for light jalapenos. Still spicy but for me, but it comes with sour cream and guac. The sour cream helped tone it down. You also get chips and salsa. Not a fan of the salsa but the chips are tasty and enough guac left over for dipping. My only thing is their is an older gentleman that works there he never smiles!!

Kachina-A modern Southwestern restaurant that sits comfortably close to Denver and Boulder, yet just far enough away to escape the exhaustive beat and to truly enjoy a festive gathering with friends and family. There's nowhere better to relax and soak in
Kachina is so good I would eat here regularly if I lived in the area. The have the BEST calabacitas I've ever had outside of Santa Fe. And, their house marg is great! They either make their mix or just use lime juice. It isn't too sweet or tart - just delicious. Breakfast is great too - they do huevos right. Oh, I nearly forgot about the fries - they have mastered thick fries that are also crispy!Dear berttaylorhanson,Thank you for sharing your dining experience with us. We are so excited to hear you enjoyed the food and hope you come back to see us when visiting the area again!Sincerely,Charles
