My daughter and two teen aged grandchildren love Mexican food, myself, not a big fan, however, it was my daughters birthday and that is where she wished to go. After looking over the menu, I discovered a nice T-bone steak, with sides to my liking. They all three had different traditional Mexican dishes which I cannot pronounce, nor begin to spell correctly, so we will leave it with all three said their meal was excellent, the portions were a good size and each had some to take home in a doggy bag..as far as my steak went, it was cooked correctly, an ample serving, and a very good seasoning on a very tender cut of meat.In the past, I have always skipped going there with the family, but, from now on I will be certain to join them for a very good meal.

Maybe my expectians we're too high when we went there but I found the food very sub par. The food is so bland you could serve it in a hospital. No flavor, no taste. Taco Bell is 3 steps above it. There are too many good restaurants in Sebastian pass this one by.

Vargas family makes wonderful authentic Mexican food right along US 1 in Wabasso, south of Sebastian and north of Vero Beach. The prices are right and the amount of food terrific. We got the tilapia meal with rice and beans and we got the quesadillas. Tilapia meal came with five nice pieces of tilapia, fried and tender. Yellow rice and very tasty refried beans. Also came with four corn (your choice of corn or flour) tortillas and lots of lettuce and sliced tomato. Choice of mild or hot salsa sauce. The quesadillas were al la carte, $2.75 each. I got the chicken and the pastor (specially cooked pork) ones. Lots of cheese and meat. I did pay extra for some sour cream to accompany the quesadillas. Wonderful meals. Would highly recommend. Now, the décor is minimal and the location is in the end of a strip mall in a long narrow boxcar sort of room. Two or three tables along one wall. Back of kitchen is open and back door is right in view. Very clean place, however.
