Wow! They have a HUGE menu with everything you can imagine and more (like an octopus tostada!). Burritos are huge, everything we had was fresh and delicious and prices are just right. Friendly and fast service. Cold beer! You can't beat it! The only con is that it's far from our house. :)

San Carlos located south of San Francisco has an array of eateries but Chipotle is consistently good and fast. Service was extremely efficient, dining room and rest rooms were clean. Lots of parking even though they share with several popular businesses like Home Goods.

La Corneta has become our favorite burrito places in San Carlos. The remodeled inside is very open and airy, and the requisite big screen TVs always have a soccer game on. This is the type of Mexican food restuarant where you move down the line as the servers put together your burrito (or one of the other many menu items). There is a good selection of meats, including lengua, chicken mole and an off-menu barbequed pork that is melt in your mouth amazing! I think that La Corneta has some of the best salsa in the area - there are several different recipes available at the salsa bar with various levels of heat, Their pickled vegetables are a level above the usual offerings and they give a nice crunch and tart contrast to the food.

We were going to a concert at the Fox Theater next door and chose this place for a quick but nice dinner... 5 of us had different dishes and I'm still lusting for more of the Camarones a la Diabla which was about the most perfect spin on seafood I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. And we're no strangers to this cuisine, eating at a new Mexican restaurant almost every week, our favorite food genre.

This place was amazing. I ordered the fresh halibut, and grilled asparagus and black beans as my two sides. The halibut was perfectly done with a nice char-grilled flavor and perfect grill marks. Sumptuous, tender, melt in your mouth. Huge portion too. The asparagus was perfectly done too, with grill marks and crisp with a snap when you bite into it. The fixins bar is a nice touch in case you like fresh pico de gallo, fresh salsas (hot and mild) and other fresh accoutrements. The price point is perfect too. Great find, and wish this place was closer to home. The service was great and the staff was very friendly!!!

I was early for lunch and there were hardly any people in the restaurant. We ordered chicken enchiladas and shrimp quesadillas--they were delicious! And by the time we left, it was full with everyone enjoying delicious Mexican food. Service was excellent and prices are reasonable--we'll be back!

Was seated outside for lunch and was very pleased. Lots of food options to choose from. I had the enchiladas and they were very tasty. Parking available directly across the street. There are lots of beverage selections available. Service was a little slow but was also careful not to disrupt conversations.
