I ordered two bean burritos from here, when I went to eat them at the house they both happened to be wrong. They had lettuce and tomatoes one one and rice in the other. This is not the first time this âbusinessâ has been like this. It seems every other time something goes wrong at this place.

I ate here on a Tuesday evening and ordered two bean burritos and a drink. It was $4+ total. The burritos were good but not great like you would find at most any other Taco Bell.
They have the best Chimichurri Salsa to compliment with the beef soft tacos. It was the most authentic Chimichurri Salsa I have had in Ruston even though I was visiting from Texas.
We decided to try this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, but there was a long line of folks with the same idea, so we went elsewhere. On the eve of Valentine's Day, we decided to try again and there was only one couple ahead of us. We were seated within a minute or two, and the waiter brought our drinks immediately. He took our order and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation in reasonably quiet surroundings while waiting for our food. My wife had the special burrito of the night and I had the carnitas dinner. We were both very pleased with our meal and there was more than enough food. The guacamole was good, but we've had better. The rest of the food was very good. Trent, our waiter, was very pleasant and attentive. The prices were reasonable. We both enjoyed the evening and will definitely return in the future. We like this restaurant much better than another nearby Mexican restaurant we've tried in the past.

Love bringing the family here. Very laid back environment. No rush. Food is great. Salsa to die for. Margaritas are yummy. Good could be a little better seasoned but overall a good clean restaurant. Staff very nice.

The setting is very small, simple, and informal. This is authentic Mexican food, it is not the Tex-Mex variety one experiences at most restaurants. The chips are actually made from tortillas and not out of the bag, etc. The food is straightforward Mexican with perhaps a couple of the menu items influenced by Honduras. All in all, this is a basic Mexican experience that few, if any, offer in this area. What motivated me to rate this restaurant as very good was it's authenticity.
We've been here several times because there's just not that many Mexican restaurants in Ruston, and it's convenient. And the wait staff is nice. But don't order anything except the chicken fajita's; they are okay. Everything else takes like frozen foods; the meat in the beef fajita's is horribly tough; the chips and salsa are grocery store quality.
Visiting Ruston for the week, I was super excited to find a taco trailer in this small town. And, even more surprised to find a good one! I had gone earlier in the week to try it out and it was closed so I tried again on a Thursday and called before I arrived. They were open this time. The guy at the window was so nice. He called me 'miss' about 100 times, and gave helpful suggestions on ordering. Gotta' love those southern manners! :) For under $7.00, I received a chicken taco and quesadilla with a little dollop of sour cream on the side. The corn and flour tortillas were both soft and warm, along with the small pieces of diced chicken. I loved the cilantro as it was a nice flavor enhancer. I would have liked more hot sauce but the meal didn't need it, I just love it. They also have fish, pork or beef to choose from as well. I'm used to a vegetarian option in Austin, so I was a little disappointed I had to go the meat route, but hey, a taco-trailer-fan-I-am...
The absolute worst nachos ive ever had. Dirty! Ants all over the booth we were in. Slow service ! We will never eat here again!

Had the taco salad and a frozen margarita. It was good. Reasonably priced. Would recommend to others.
