Wonderful experience, good food and staff we visited 4 times in one week! One visit was just for drinks because the fresh fruit cocktails were the best we've had in 5 Caribbean countries!We highly recommend and if we get back to DR, we will be back to Los Charros! We eat there frequently, the sushi is normally quite good and creative. Mexican dishes are tasty. Folks there are friendly and efficient. It is very casual patio setting. Good place for something different.

We visited Costambar in 2013 and when re-visiting in October 2014 we noticed that Sharky's had opened on Calle Principal. Featuring a large dining area (and adjoining bar) we were fortunate to have shared in the birthday celebration of the owner, who was more than gracious in his welcome The service was fantastic and we enjoyed listening to a local musician, which I appreciated since I am a huge proponent of supporting local musicians, no matter the country. In my estimation there is always room for new businesses and I sincerely believe in the owner's intent of incorporating a different style of dining experience to the Costambar community to be enjoyed for all those who visit or call it home. Thanks Sharky's!

Went with the family, very nicely decorated spot, small inside about 8 tables, outside terrace too. Located in upscale plaza, center of town. The food was very very good! Everybody loved their plates!! Mexican fusion. Had burrito, angus burguer, quesadilla, loaded fries, soft tacos, all very good!! Will definetly return!! Recommended!!
