This Tex-Mex Mexican restaurant is a staple; a go-to place when we want good Mexican without a lot of fuss. We have eaten here probably 20 times over the past 4-5 years, and enjoyed every meal. Fresh, unsalted chips with a green salsa that we love comes out when waiter takes your order. It is a BYO - so we always bring a cooler of beer or if feeling we can afford the extra calories that night - margaritas. The owners are very sweet and happy to change selections to accommodate. Enchiladas, Burritos very solid - but our favorite are the carnitas chimis - excellent and need NO condiments, (though I usually put on one of the 3-4 chili sauces on the table). Prices are reasonable and lunch is usually frequented by a lot of local mexican workers - testament to its authenticity I guess. Most dishes served with rice and beans as well. Tacos served with fresh crispy lettuce and good tomatoes!It is usually uncrowded, even on a Saturday night which saddens us - the quality and pricing is such that it should be much busier.

I come here to get quick dinner for the family and usually do take out. I come here only when I have coupons, plus the place have this musty odor...not conducive for a place where you eat. Needs improvement with its sanitation...although they have good staff.Check your order before leaving. Multiple occasions my order is way off...different from what is clearly on the receipt.
