My wife and I ordered a pizza pie. The crust reminded my wife of Pizza Hut. The sauce was a bit sweet, but the cheese was stringy and boiling hot. We love thin-crust pizza, so this pizzeria didn't fit the quality of pizza we prefer. Service was very nice.Antes que nada permÃtame agradecerle su comentario sobre nuestro servicio y producto. La verdad nos acordamos mucho de ustedes, de las pizzas que pidieron, incluso de la cabalgata que habÃa en la calle en ese momento, créanme que fue un placer el atenderlos. Desde entonces hemos tenido muchas mejoras en la forma de ofrecer nuestro producto, esperamos que la próxima vez, si usted nos hace el honor de visitarnos de nuevo, se pueda percatar de que su opinión fue escuchada y que la mejor pizza de la región se encuentra con nosotros. Situated in a refurbished old house. Clean sober toilets. Not expensive at all. Very Good traditional "desayunos". To improve: the coffee and de cafe de olla. Warm water for the regular and without taste for the de olla. Also to improve: the time of service, that it is slow, so slow. It seems that they extended the settings without doing the same with the kitchen and hiring more staff. If you are in a hurry or are hungry, this is not for you at peak hours !!

Went here on recommendation from a blog. It was a Sunday night and not so busy.the place is nice. We each order red a different size stake. Me a New York style and him a T Bone. They were huge! I was so full after a few bites and had them pack it up and they were so worried I didn't like the food but I ate so much guacamole, salsa and chips I couldn't go on. I just shared the left overs with another person and still have some left over. Limited wine selection though. I would highly recommend this place.

Very convenient location one block from the main plaza, food was great, request to eat outside, in the patio area, service was quick, food was very good and prices very reasnoble, everything looked clean and very well kept.There is parking right before you get to the restaurant.We did not stay at the hotel, but it looks like a great option.

The food was average but after ordering it we waited for one hour to get our dishes (no exaggeration here). No food should take that much time specially in a restaurant that seems with experience, or in any case, if food is going to take that long, you should be told beforehand. (Bringing the check also took around 15 minutes)

If you are looking for good food and at the same time visit a historical place in the town of Parras, then look no further than Botanero La Jaf, one drink I recommend is a Paloma which is almost like a margarita but without the syrupy flavor. Great place, great service.

Yuma and Rosy are wonderful people, their charisma and energy is embedded in the meals they prepare. Paella is delicious and the "Chamorro de Puerco" is also marvelous. It is better that you call in advance so you make sure they have it cooked for you, cause it takes time for the process.
