This is a family owned restaurant and it's a wonderful place to get a great meal. They are very sensitive to food allergies and they make the best Carne Asada we've ever had.

I go to lakewood one. family owned chain of two restaurants and this one is ok. server was friendly, the hostess was too busy on social phone call to seat us when only a handful of people in the whole restaurant. food comes out quick, tamales homemade by the uncle and large portions great prices. Need to get their niece or whoever the hostess is more job oriented, but otherwise a great quick stop. Not as great as the other location...

I didn't have my hopes very high, but my food was very good. It was pretty crowded, so I think the word is out. It's in a shopping area, and it makes sense to eat here during the day when you're navigating from store to store.

We always get friendly service here. The new updated menus have a great variety to choose from. Lunchtime specials are good too. Delicious Mexican food here!

For a little place it was AWESOME, the Décor was great it looks like something that you would fine somewhere in Mexico, but cleaner haha, now the service they were great always attentive , friendly , and on the ball. OK now the food, folks, I do not like refried beans because 95% come from a can but when I asked for seconds you no they are good fresh made, now for the finale, I had shrimp enchiladas they were excellent fresh, tasty and well worth the price, all in all folks this place is worth the trip to go eat relax and enjoy

First off ... The food here is pretty tasty. The restaurant facility is really clean. The staff is friendly and the service is quick ... it is a fast food joint after all. The reward program is worth the effort if you eat here a lot.In terms of classifying the food here .. I would say it is loosely based on Mexican cuisines, modified for the western palate with the option of selecting healthy alternatives. The meals here are a little lighter than one usually find in other similar establishments.

I chose to visit this restaurant based on the reviews. I ordered the chile rellenos. I was surprised how quickly the meal was served to me. Because I do not cook, I rely on professionals to prepare my meals. Unfortunately, when the meals are prepared by microwave technicians from frozen food packages, the food is as good as I could do at home. I prefer the food to be a cut above what I could do myself. I would like the food prepared fresh and I'd like it to taste like what it is I ordered. Neither was the case here. Sadly, this is what most Mexican restaurants serve in their establishments, which makes them all...just average.

Los Pinos never fails to deliver the most delicious, fresh Mexican food around. The restaurant is a very good place for families, fun place to spend celebrating a birthday, has daily specials that never disappoint, fast and friendly service. Better yet, this is a family place, and we love them!
