There were 6 people in our party. Only 1 meal came out hot. My rice wasn't warm, in fact the top grains were hard, as in dried out. The other meals were on the cool side. Service was slow. This is our second time there, the first the service was slow also.

My wife had been wanting to eat here for some time. She suggested it last night when we were discussing what to do for supper. We both had carne asada. Great meal, friendly hostess. Very informal setting, order at the window. A delightful break from the ordinary . Great food!!

We used to go here a lot when it was Rio Bravo. Rio Bravo closed in mid May, 2017. The location underwent a metamorphosis over a two month period to become El Paso. Many of the people are the same but what a change! The ambiance is much nicer, the waitstaff just as friendly and the food (and margaritas) still good. The menu is shorter than before but still great. I imagine we will be going there a lot!
