We stopped in after driving for five hours, expecting a "usual" fast food experience. The staff were actually friendly and talkative. The condiments were STACKED neatly in the container, ready for customers. The place was immaculately clean. We chatted a bit with the shift leader (?) who said that the "girls" (the staff were all women) were always busy cleaning or preparing food. This same lady said that the manager set the example. The staff were mature, friendly and very customer oriented. Of all the Taco Bells I've ever visited, this one ABSOLUTELY sets the standard. I never thought I would actually review any fast food place on here.

Food: 5/5Service: 3/5Cleanliness: 4/5Decor & Style: 4/5Excellent tacos, great Mexican beer, and easy to refill (there is a separate line if you want more drinks, you DO NOT have to get back into the long line, and they should advertise this better)! The lines can get long during evening hours, but it's worth it if you get there early enough. Nachos are great and tacos are great. To name a few, I love the shredded brisket taco, spicy pork taco, grilled fish taco, California heat taco, tempura fish taco. I think they're all great!

We each ordered the taco platter. 2 tacos, rice, beans and guacamole. My wife prefers double beans no rice. I go with two crispy taco and she get on crispy and one soft. The flavors were good and the food was fresh. The fact that it was on sale was a bonus. I will be back

Vegetarian options were spinach enchiladas and green chile enchiladas. Ask for their special hot salsa. Rice is not vegetarian nor is the re-fried beans so ask for their whole beans. Endless tortillas of corn and flour and chips, salsa and cheese sauce. My group like their fish tacos and shrimp quesadillas. One person in our group wanted chicken quesadillas that were not spicy and she got just what she wanted. Sopapillas come free with your meal. No alcohol served on voting day in OK. until after 7pm. Very attentive staff and quick service on meals presented. You pay at the front cashier and tell them what you ordered so ticket can be spit individually in everyone in your party.

Ricky's was a nice Mexican restaurant. The chicken chimichanga was good, the chilaquiles was average. The service was good and we enjoyed the tortillas. The chips and salsa were pretty good, but the cheese sauce seemed overly processed. The star of the meal was the sopapillas dripping with honey. It made the visit. And they were free!

This is not a huge place, but they do have an interesting selection of primarily Mexican items. Good size fresh vegetable area. A butcher chop that can customize your cuts. I like their frozen cassava. Prices are reasonable.

Positives: welcoming staff, ample portions, reasonably pricedNegatives: somewhat bland, limited menu optionsI really wasn't too excited about Taco Casa's arrival in Moore. We'd eaten at a couple of their restaurants in Texas and weren't terribly impressed with their food or service. Despite those experiences I decided to give this store a try.So far we've visited three times: twice at the drive through and once inside. Every visit employees were extremely courteous and welcoming. They made us feel like honored guests. The drive-through line moves quickly although it's often quite long.Inside, the dining area looks like a remake of the 1970s. Its simple decor features lots of hard surfaces covered in orange and yellow and black. We were amused by signs on napkin holders saying employees would clear tables...no need for customers to remove trays and trash. They seem to do a generally good job of keeping the room clean, although we did see some food debris on the floor the one time we ate inside.Ample portions seem to be a hallmark of Taco Casa food, including this one. Items are always large and warm and but not as flavorful as at competitors. Unfortunately, their "sauce bar" doesn't offer much relief. It features just one type of runny "hot sauce" in small packets. It'd be nice to have three or four options to add a little spice. The Bottom Line:The best compliment I can give is they're consistent. Portions and flavors have always been the same. Employee attitude has always been great. My rating is based largely on the way we've been treated at this store. I can take or leave the food, but the employees have always been pleasant. We'll return occasionally for a taco or two, simply because of the way they've treated us.
