I used to work with the owner/cook 45 years ago at the local favorite, Tequila Cafe in Winton, when his family owned that restaurant. He now owns his own little restaurant in Atwater and uses all the same family recipes. They are all freshly made and all are excellent! I am now a regular!

We live local and this is one of our favorite places to get great chili verde. The hot sauce is awesome too. Service, not so much.

This little restaurant has some of the best Mexican food Iâve eaten at this type of strip mall establishment. Our waitress, Emma, was efficient, friendly and took the time to explain the menu to us , including the gluten free offerings.

Stopped to grab a quick bite to eat on the way back to work. The inside was very clean. Employees were very friendly. It took about 3 minutes to get my food after ordering. After I was already in my car, I noticed that all the taco shells were broken making it difficult to keep all of the contents inside of the shell. No big deal but it's difficult to eat while driving.
The menu has some interesting, very non-typical items on it, along with the typical Mexican fare. Food was very fresh and tasty, and clean building. A little off the beaten path, worth finding it.

Villas bean dip is excellent. Although their salsa could be hotter, but it is spiced well and not too thin. We had the chicken tacos with green sauce and they were very good. I found the chicken a bit salty. My husband did not think so. It was nice to see a crowd in the place and the baseball game was on. This a good place to eat.

First time visit to this Mexican restaurant. The place was packed, employees were runnin. It would have been nice if there were a hostess so as to have a clue to wait time. About 5 minutes in a waitress said "probably a few minutes". There was seating outdoors where a beer and some nachos would have been nice. Of course it was 98 degrees. Meanwhile; waiting in entrance, hall, restroom, kitchen entrance area I noticed a kitchen worker eating, a waitress making burritos barehanded and spoon-less, people coming in and seating themselves. That's when I told my associate it's time to head to Foster Farms Restaurant.
