They have two options on weekend nights, and although the line to get in can be daunting....it goes very fast. We went with a group of 4 and were advised to get both the enchiladas and fajitas. Our table was quickly loaded with these food options and plates for us right there at our table. Hot, fresh and amazing. They also replenished our chips quickly and frequently checked with out table to see if we needed more water, etc.
This is a very clean, upscale Taco Cabana. The nachos and enchiladas were well spiced and delicious. The salsa bar was generous with choices. The drawback is that they charge for plain chips to eat with your meal or the salsa bar. Bummer! The Taco Cabanas in our home state offers free chips with your meal.

What were they thinking? My wife and I were at this location a few days ago. Taco Bell(s) normally have a great, hot breakfast so we'd thought we'd give this location a try. It was raining cats and dogs, so I placed my order: "Two AM Crunchwrap combos, one bacon, one sausage, both with hash browns instead of Cinnebons, and both with diet Pepsi"Easy enough? At most locations, yes. Not at this one, though. As a gallon of water is pouring through my open window, the girl was basically like "Um....what?" and made me repeat every single specific detail about 4 times. >:-(No overhang at the window, either. As money/food are being exchanged....more water through my window. As I'm driving away, my wife says "turn around...these hash browns are ancient and chewy. Ice cold". Guess what? So were our AM Crunchwraps. They were cold, the cheeses not even melted inside of them, so they were NEVER warm to begin with. Old and cold...I'm not paying for it. Neither should you.I went back to the window, and told the girl I wanted a full refund because all of the food was old and cold. She rolled her eyes. Apparently a manager-type had to help her with the cash register. He asked her (but not us) why we wanted a refund, and she told him "I don't know". He walked away without even looking at us, she handed me my money and closed the window and walked away. No one asked us squat. Be aware, they were NOT busy at all. We were the only car at the window at the time. There was another car in front of us when we ordered. No need to come here, unless you must have your Taco Bell ice cold and stale. There is absolutely NO excuse to NOT serve hot fresh food when people are paying you money for it.
Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
We went in about 2pm, and were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered beef fajitas well done. If you want it cooked really well, then you need to tell them. They don't ask you how you want it cooked. The waitress was a little on the slow side, and rude. I asked them for sugar, and told her you would think it would be on the table. She told me well that's the way we do it here, in a rude tone. I left her a $2 tip, and that's the way I do it! When you are rude, and service is fair, no big tip! Other than the rude waitress, this is a good place to eat.

My daughter and I went here for lunch and ordered chicken and beef "Fajitas for Two." It was more like fajitas for four! The fajitas were a bit overdone, but everything else was very good. Had to ask three times for lemon for my tea.

We went to Mezcales with friends after attending church with them. This was our first trip. I had chicken enchiladas and they were very tasty and nice. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was really good. Nice place to go for a Sunday lunch with friends.
We visited Chili's after church Saturday night as an alternative to our "usual" spots. Walked in and waited to be acknowledge by the hostess who was talking on a headset to the host, standing eight feet away. Asked for a booth, was told none was available, until he turned and said except for the small one we could see from the waiting area. Seated at a table that had the wrong wireless device(belonged to the next table) it got swapped. Wife had a burger and I had the tilapia. Both entrees were okay, but the side of broccoli was less quality than we have at home. Rice was nicely spiced. Adjoining table was cleared of dishes, but never wiped clean. Same thing happened to the table on the other side. Technology is trendy, but cannot make up for poor training and lack of management oversight. Truly hope that we caught them on a bad day and they get it figured out.

Have been coming to this restaurant close to 20 years. Know several waitstaff by name. Always enjoy the food and the fellowship. Hubby gets shrimp ala mexicana. I vary from taco dinner, taco salad, and occasionally their super mexican dinner. All are excellent choices.

Tex-Mex and Mexican specialties Brisket Tacos, Grilled Chicken, Beef & Sautéed Shrimp fajitas and more. Every day we grind fresh corn into "masa" to prepare our fresh corn tortillas and special chips, which can be found only at Mexican Inn. Lunch Specials
I love the food and the service but the floor is greasy , slippery and dangerousness for elderly people with brittle bones, I wish they would put some carpet on the floor. This would also help with the Loud background nose.
