Lagos de Moreno (Spanish [ˈlaɣos ðe moˈɾeno] (help·info)) is a city and its surrounding municipal area of the same name, located in the extreme northeastern part of the state of Jalisco in Mexico. It is part of the macroregion of Bajío. At the 2010 census the city had a population of 153,817 inhabitants, making it the 6th largest city in the state of Jalisco.

I had the advantage of being with two Spanish speaking colleagues. The food was good, the restaurant was nice, and played good 80's music. We went on a Monday night around 7:30pm and it was empty. I recommend!

Llegamos cansados y con hambre, el lugar es moderno y el menú original. Todo lo que pedimos estaba bueno y se esmeraron por atendernos bien. La ensalada de jitomate con queso de cabra excelente!!! Recomendable!!!

Even when this place is just by the Highway, it is a really clean place.You get there and pick the piece of pork you like the best.The place is clean and well organized, they accept credit cards and the personnel is really kind and helpful.And on top of everything, the carnitas are just awesome!!!! Really one of the best places I have eaten carnitas in my life.

I just love this place. I had many meals and I have never been disappointed. The enchiladas rojas are the best in town. I prefer the cheese filled but chicken is also available. The enchiladas suizas are also a good bet. They are very flexible with the breakfasts which are classic Mexican dishes. My favorite is huevos divorciados with green chilaquiles and a side of bistek encebollado, all for less than 50 pesos. The prices are incredibly low for such high quality food. It is centrally located and open daily.

This is a bakery with a restaurant on the side. The bread is one of the best in town, if not the best. The food in the restaurant is also very good although the restaurant does not have much character and I heard the service sometimes is not very good. For me, it was excellent. I recommend it.

This is a very nicely decorated and professional restaurant in the center of town. I liked that they did not offer the typical mexican typical dishes that most other restaurants around offer. Their menu is more international and that's like a breath a fresh air. We shared the ribeye, which was very nicely season and properly cooked. We also shared a pasta, which was cooked to perfection. The wine selection is very ample and offer very nice wines by the glass at very reasonable prices. I like this restaurant, just because is different. Lagos needs more variety and this restaurant is offering it. I like that.

This was our first lunch in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco and it was luxurious. The service was excellent and the menu was extensive. They have port wine, which we started with, and it was all good from there. They brought tiny unique marzipan bites on a tray for a finish.

I was surprised to find this quality restaurant in Lagos. The old house is lovely and inviting. All the dishes we tried were excellently prepared. I recomend the salmon carpaccio, the provoleta, the Napolitan beef cutlet and the jerk beef (cecina). Even the house bread was great. Kudos to or waitress Margarita. She was attentive, friendly. She read our minds and anticipated our every need. If you go to Lagos this is where you should eat.
