We enjoy going here. Nice place for large groups. Service is usually good and fairly fast. They have a wide variety of foods to choose from. People are friendly. We go at least once a month.

Our first attempt this particular evening was to call in our order and then pick up. A young lady answered and asked me to please wait. She laid the phone down and for over ten minutes I could hear people talking and running around. I hung up. We tried to call back a few minutes later but you guessed it, busy signal. Not to be deterred, I drove down and placed the order at the desk and was told 15-20 minutes. The dining room was about 1/4 full and they didn't seem too busy. After thirty minutes, I inquired about the order and it seemed as if it was somehow overlooked in the kitchen. Another 15 minutes and it was ready. When checking out, no apologies were offered as I was asked to pay the bill (full price). I looked at the young lady and explained to her that this wasn't going to work after I had tried for an hour to get my meal. She quickly said she would deduct a couple of the sides. Now, my family and I have been coming here regularly for several years and while there have been some small issues in the past, this one took the cake so to management I say this- You need to teach your people how to communicate in the front of the house, otherwise people sit and wait and fume. If I had gotten home and found our order was wrong, I probably would have lost it. Will we be back? Possibly, but it will be weeks or until I hear that some things have improved. I have no intention of dropping $40-50 of my hard earned money here every week only to be treated like nothing matters.

It was raining outside, waited too late to catch dinner before the few legit restaurants closed. What to do?! Think late night drive through. Drive through slow, food was hot, salty, cheap. Empty belly full.
