During this visit for Dinner takeout, we tried Loaded Tortilla Soup, Gumbo Bowl (as known earlier) , Taco Salad Shell, All Veggie Burrito Bowl with black beans, tortilla strips, guacamole, romaine Lettuce, fajita veggies, pickeled jalapenos, red onions, picante ranch dressing. Mango salsa was very tasty! We were the only person when we entered at about 7:15 pm and the OrderPlacing was very smooth. We were offered Mango Salsa to taste. Service was fast. Within few minutes there were many people in the queue. We can order online and go there to pick-up so as to avoid the queue! They do provide catering services for medium or large groups. We would love to go again.
This taco trailer has been open since the beginning of March, I think. It has a short menu but a good variety with 4 meat and 4 veg choices plus one or two daily specials. Only $3 each! Also there is a combo option. The tacos are quite tasty. (Try the calabazas.) The people are friendly, and the kitchen is very clean. No seating, but you could probably use the benches by the adjacent coffee trailer.

classic Mexican American food. Very small tacos with almost filling inside. disappointing. seems expensive for what you get. I would not go backThis is similar to the Azteca chain. I doubt they actually cook anything here, it probably all comes out of big cans.

Masa Mexican Kitchen & Cantina is located just off the I-90 freeway in the heart of Issaquah's outdoor shopping destination, Gilman Village. Masa serves flavorful Mexican-inspired dishes and has a delicious selection of cocktails with fresh-pressed juice,
I know of at least three other Mexican themed restaurants in the downtown Issaquah area. This is the newest, and friend's wife recommended. It is well located in Gilman Villiage-not sure why there is so much turnover here, the former business was focused on barbeque.Dining area is bright and spacious. Not too much noise/echo to distract from conversation. I am used to this style of cuisine to be either abundant for the price or with crunch/spice/flavor. I would say it was somewhat lacking in both. Chips were warm (good), but somewhat thick and hard. My enchiladas seemed a bit small for the price, as well as having little filling. The rice and beans were quite plain. Since there are better options in the immediate area, unlikely to come back soon.

El 42 Cantina is a warm place with a welcoming atmosphere. If you want to enjoy traditional house crafted margaritas and cocktails, along with delicious authentic Mexican fare, you have come to the right place. We also serve select draft beers, as well as
My wife and revisited this restaurant last week for happy hour - we had stopped in the place about a month ago just for a cocktail and wanted to try their food. We sat at the bar where the staff congregate at the end near the kitchen and arrived just after they opened. My wife had a glass of wine and I a margarita - both marginally discounted for happy hour. We ordered tacos which were openfaced and miniscule. The beef tacos ($2 for $7) should have been off a child's menu. We were asked if we wanted some chips and thinking they were complimentary like every Mexican resaurant on the west coast but no, we were charged $5 for the chips and two mini-cups of salsa. We could order other salsa samples for .42 cents each and tried the one flavored by peanuts which was very good. The next cup size below the sample cups must be a thimble. We also bought a large spoonful of rice and beans for $1.50 each and a shrimp cocktail $7 that was tasty. Our bill which included taxes and a "5% kitchen living wage" was over $60. We liked the regular bartender, the opening bartender (tall, bearded, tatted) had major attitude. The place reminded me of a local's joint in a ski-area with little snow. We won't return or recommend.

Our menu is rooted in "traditional Mexican food" but adjusted to modern tastes and trends. Today, diners have converted their dining habits, eating a multitude of fresh flavors and textures, so smaller plates are in demand. In addition guests want "afford
Agave Cocina & Tequilas is your average-upper Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is mainly split into three - the bar (which has seating for people eating a meal, too), another section for people with meals, and just outside. The atmosphere is nice, the service is fast, and the food is pretty good. Highly recommend!
