We had dinner one night at El Pueblito while staying in Independence. Good food and friendly service. I had the fajitas and my wife had an enchilada dinner and both were very good and filling. Also enjoyed some drinks. Our server was very friendly and the service was very quick. Would definitely eat here again if visiting Independence.

We rode over 1 1/2 hours to eat here and wasn't disappointed! The food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! Our waitress was more than awesome as well. Adorable, colorful decor. We loved eating here.

They tore the old building down and built a nice new restaurant. A bit smaller inside but nice clean and efficient. For fast food it is very acceptable. Lots of great choices...really like the new dollar menu the sweet things for dessert and the new breakfast items. Good place for a quick bite especially at night.
