Find out what Mexican restaurants to try in Holland. Founded by Dutch Calvinists in 1847, the city of Holland, Michigan, is an outpost of Dutch culture and tradition in the midst of the American Midwest, home to dikes, canals and even an authentic Dutch windmill. Proud of its heritage, the city purchased 100,000 tulip bulbs from the Netherlands back in 1927, and these colorful flowers still fill the city's gardens and parks with color annually, just in time for the famous Tulip Time Festival, attended by over half a million people every year.

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
Very nice meal here, first time, great service from Claudia. Comfy bar booth, great margaritas, excellent chips, salsa was too spicy! 2 entrees, mesquite grilled steak with rice and beans was excellent, and perfectly seasoned. Second entree, rice bowl with black beans, greens and grilled shrimp, also very good. Dessert churros with ice cream was good. We will return!
First time visit, and we will return. Menu is typical Mexican fare. The margaritas on the rocks were great. Generous plates. Guacamole is fresh. Service was fine. I had the fajitas quesadilla and would recommend it. Really hope these folks succeedâa good addition to 8th Street.

Iâm never disappointed with the food or service here. Iâve enjoyed everything Iâve tried and some of my favorites are the tortas and their chicken meal. This is not so much like the chains, but if you want authentic Mexican food, you wonât be disappointed

Taco Fiesta isn't some fancy chain restaurant. It's a small local restaurant. And for that, the food is good, the decor is eh, but you leave satisfied. I always get the corn shell beef taco plate or chicken enchiladas. I love their rice. While you're waiting for you food they give you chips and salsa (spicy but it's so good). The coca-cola is also very tasty.

Good food, service is fair, prices reasonable. Shrimp cocktail was very good, lots of shrimp, avocado, and spiced just right, served with crackers. Complimentary chips and salsa was good, but average. Burrito was good, hot and tasty. Wait staff needs training, better customer service, make it a happy place! Nice background music would be nice instead of tennis on TV. All around average.

We enjoyed lunch here on Sunday after church. The taco chips and salsa were served immediately. The chips are homemade, crunchy and warm. They bring the salsa in a beaker with small dipping bowls for individuals. We ordered a chicken chimichanga and chicken quesadilla from the "senior menu". The price was $6.99 each and included the entree, rice, beans, and a large soda or lemonade. Service was quick and the food was hot. A reasonably priced and nice alternative to franchise restaurants.

I stopped by Baja Grill for lunch. Wow! The build your own burritos are really good with quality fresh ingredients. I ordered the Baja chicken burrito with seasoned rice, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, roasted corn salsa, and salsa verde. It was great! Don't miss the chips and fresh salsa; very tasty as well. They were busy, but moved people through the line at the counter in no time at all. Based on my lunch experience today I will definitely be back to try other menu items such as the Baja Nachos and Baja Quesadilla. Try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

This was our first time here and found the service good and the prices low. The food was authentic Mexican but from a cheap Mexican restaurant. Quality was lacking. I'll try a different place next time.

We specialize in giant burritos. We use fresh ingredients and original recipes.
Food here is great. Never had a bad meal. Friendly quick service. Food made to order. You will not leave hungry. Portions are huge. Nachos and Wet Burritos are our favorites. Enchiladas are good. Would recommend. Great Mexican food. Carryout or eat in.

James street inn is a nice family style pub serving burgers, steaks, lake perch or walleye fillets, limited Tex-Mex menu items. Beer and wine as well as a limited cocktail menu. Tues night is Taco night featuring soft or hard shell tacos at $1 per taco. My wife and I go there every week after our chorale rehearsal.
