I love Mexican Food. I will try any Mexican Restaurant at least once. I have visited this restaurant many times. Recently, I had lunch there on a Friday solo. I love their Salsa. It is very good. I ordered the luncheon portion of Chicken Fajitas. It was a literal "Home-run". I will be eating there next Friday. The whole experience met my rigid standards. The restaurant was clean, the wait staff friendly and attentive, and the food was very good. The value was excellent also not very expensive at all. This is a winner. I will return many more times.

I really enjoyed my visit to California Underground. It's not a big place and you definitely have to know the area to know it's there. America is in love with tacos and this place delivers on good tacos. I especially like that you can individualize them, which nobody else is doing on the south shore, and that you can get it spicy! I don't know why you can't get really spicy food on the south shore. I know the general public doesn't like it but when you ask for it, why not deliver? It's not that difficult. Service was quick and efficient. I liked that they had a full bar, so not just beer and wine and the tequila selection was decent for a small place.If you love or even just like tacos, this is the best place to get them on the south shore. You get the most variety and individualization with spicy, if you like that! Not expensive either, as some other tacos are at places on the south shore.

Stopped by one of South Shoreâs best kept secret spots for lunch and breakfast. Visited Little Carmenâs a couple of months ago and had a wonderful breakfast with tasty perfect eggs Benedict with a Mexican twist. This time we tried Little Carmenâs for a quick lunch and just as delicious. Had the bowl of Red Chili, Baja Special and the wife had the egg salad wrap special. Delicious!Hostess/waitress Deanna was exceptional. Weâll be back for sure.
