We went to this restaurant to try and find a new place and you're not disappointed they serve Mexican and Puerto Rican dishes. My wife had a pressed Cuban what she said was the best she had in 17 years since the last one she got it in Hialeah Florida. Which was awesome I got a Mexican dish with pork chops fried rice Puerto Rican soup. All dishes were excellent highly recommend them Sunday they also had brunch so at 3 in the afternoon my daughter was able to get breakfast which was nice for her as I stated in the Venturi the name is changed it's no longer Pancho's a new family owns it is called Brothers Mexican Grill now

Great place for a casual authentic Mexican meal. Very casual, you place your order at the counter and they deliver it to your table. Very nice service and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They have recently upgraded to the space next door giving them the room they need to serve the large lunch crowd I usually see during the week. I personally love the Chorizo burrito and their chicken enchiladas are wonderful.
Illinois, United States Food Guide: 8 Bar food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Hillside
What to expect? Great menu options. A FULL bar. Friendly and efficient service. An owner who truly "gets it" and cooks that "know it". Orlando and crew have really upped the bar for delicious casual dining (and take out). His slant is Tex-Mex style cooking. I have brought 10-12 people here on numerous occasions for dinner, and everyone in our party loved what they ate. The home made soup deserves a double take - as in take some home after you enjoy it in the restaurant. He buys a premium Margarita mix that serves as the base for a really good cocktail. What NOT to expect? High prices. Excessive ambiance (it's on the lean, but I think cool, side). When I want good, fast, and authentic Mexican food, I choose it every time
Off the beaten path but the tacos were fantastic. I was staying in a nearby hotel wanted something fast & close by but not from one of the bigger chains. I couldn't manage to talk myself into a higher rating than average because the place is really in need of an overhaul but don't let that put you off. Francisco & his wife are good people & I really enjoyed the tacos. I had the chorizo, the ground beef & a pork, all were fresh & really tasty. While the menu choices are wide & varied, there are just a few soda choices for drinks though Francisco helped me out with a large take out cup of milk! I was chatting with one of the local regulars, who was also waiting for her order, & she suggested that I dine in next time & try one of the dinners. She raved about Francisco's guacamole & burritos too. On the back of my taco experience, I'll be following her advice & I will be back. Once you get over the tired look of the place, you'll enjoy the food & the pleasant service. PS - I couldn't help myself, I went back & changed the rating from average to good before submitting the review!
