Stopped in for dinner for two on a business trip, trying to keep things lowkey, yet tastey... this place was a good find. The menu offers a wide variety a and some creative dishes... I opted for the brisket burrito...nice choice. Combined with a local Dallas brew and a bourbon, it made for a satisfying evening. The service was topnotch!

Recommended from one of our daughters, we decided to eat here. Also recommended was the Perfect Bajarita. The Bajarita was very good and one was enough! Followed with a beer, cause thatâs how I roll. The food: shredded chicken enchiladas with black beans, cause black beans are a fave. The enchiladas were good. The black beans were a little dry and stuck together. Probably should have asked if they were received black beans. Will go with charro next time. Steak fajitas were delish! Canât go wrong with those right????Kids popcorn chicken was big chunks of chicken and daughter liked it very much! Will come back in the future. Go ahead and give it a go. Steak Nandos were a recommended dish, but that will be next time too.

We went here after doing the Peppa Pig playground in the shopping mall. It is located very close to the mall so that was convenient.I have two sets of comments. The first is a standalone assessment. I had been to the Blue Goose on Greenville (in far away Dallas) so I was familiar with the restaurant. Everything was more or less fine at this location. The server was friendly, fast, and efficient. The food was reasonably good. The happy hour prices on margaritas were great. There's a private parking lot so that is convenient. The second set of comments puts Blue Goose in a comparative context. Compared to our favorite, Mariano's, Blue Goose just is not as good. By a long shot. The stuffed jalapeños at BG used halved pickled jalapeños and there was cheese inside. You get mainly heat, not much actual flavor. The ones at Mariano's use fresh, whole jalapeños and the flavors are incredible. Margaritas at BG tasted like chemicals, not fresh. The wife's beef enchiladas at BG were cold inside. My chicken nachos were ok and were hot, but they are not nearly as flavorful as at Mariano's where they use mesquite wood to cook everything.I am going with 3 stars because of the comparison, which, after all, is what we do in our mind when we think about where to eat out.Thank you for stopping in! We are sorry to hear you found our food only average as we strive to be the best around the Dallas area! Our House margaritas are made with a recipe and margarita mix we have created and perfected over the years since 1984 so we are saddened to hear you feel they tasted like chemicals. We do have many options for margaritas made with fresh lime juice if you'd like to try some of our other options! P.S. Wednesdays our La Flaca (skinny margarita made with top shelf tequila, fresh squeezed lime and agave nectar) are $5 all day!If there is ever any issue with your entree, please let us know immediately so that we may take care of you while you're dining! Your experience means everything to us as we are in the business for you, our guests. We hope you will decide to stop by again. Thank you for your honest feedback! All the best

The Riverwalk Cantina has a breakfast buffet that is the true idea of a buffet. They have cereals, breads/pastries, cheese/meat board, oatmeal, grits, and stations for eggs, pancakes and french toast. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but you get the idea. It was fabulous, as was the service!!! Mina was our server and he definitely went above and beyond to make our meal the best ever! It might be on the pricey side, but it's well worth it!

Very friendly staff, great food! I had the large frito pie (with two tamales on top) and it was delicious and much more than I could eat. My grandson had a huge burrito. Can't remember the name of it but there's a special dip/chip item that is outstanding! We'll definitiely visit again.

Used to love Esparza"s.The service is still excellent but the food was aweful. The Tomales were dry and tasteless like they had been sitting for days. The beef taco had no flavor and was mushy. The guacamole had a strange taste like it was going bad. The brisket taco was also dry. This used to to my first choice for mexican in the area, but after this visit I doubt I will return .

We stopped in for an early weekday dinner. While there was some good about it, it didnât live up to the hype for us. Pros:- The space is awesome. Itâs very nicely done. - Service was great from everyone. - The carnitas sopas appetizer was outstanding. Thatâs going to be my meal next time. Cons:- I had the Hatch tacos. Though the filling was okay (just okay) I was really disappointed with the blue corn tortillas. Though they purport to be handmade, they really tasted like they were out of a box - kind of bland and flavorless. I lived in NM before, these tasted nothing close to the great ones you can get at even the cheapest roadside diner in NM, much less the high-end places. - My companion had the enchiladas del mar. While the seafood was good, the tortillas were not - they were with out âbiteâ - spongy like Ethiopian bread and not good. If Mi Dia can improve their tortillas, theyâd be up to the hype, but without getting that basic thing right they arenât there. Work on your masa recipes guys. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback! We appreciate knowing where we can improve. We hope that you join us again in the future!

I honestly canât say enough good about the food, add to it that almost everything is gluten-free bonus bonus add to it that every employee there is happy to be there! I canât wait until the next time Iâm in town and I will be sure to fill up on tamales again
