This place has been in Gillette at 50 years and has continually provided good Mexican fast food. Don't let the appearance of the place fool you, the food is good. Service is pretty good too, for a fast food chain. Seating is limited and they stay pretty busy so there might be a few minute wait.

Quiet little spot with excellent flavors. Best Lengua (amazingly tender) tacos I've ever tasted. Been here 4-5 times and it's very consistent. Undiscovered gem!

We ended up in Gillette, WY in time for lunch and found QDoba on our GPS with a Tripadvisor rating. it was a great stop. We each ordered something different. Everything was good and portions were huge. I had the grilled steak and shared this with my husband who ordered a taco salad; the others in our party had tacos and burritos. We could easily have ordered two items and had enough for all four. Chips tasted like homemade and salsa was good as well. Our food was ready in a short time. The only negative was that the floor was in need of sweeping; however, they were very busy during our time there.

Must have been a bad night [compared to observations by others], service and meal were average to poor. Salsa was runny mess and chips were mediocre. Came into restaurant two hours before closing and staff wanted to seat us in the bar instead of dining section they apparently wanted to close. Others came in right after us and wanted the dining room also, so we got our way. A lot of restaurants in area, including Mexican, so this establishment needs to improve.

The staff is friendly and welcoming . The food was good . The atmosphere is nice . The menu offers a good choice of selection with out been over whelmed . I would recommend stopping in for good food . If am back in the the area I will !

I was skeptical of an "authentic" Mexican restaurant in Wyoming. At first, we wondered whether the restaurant was open with the construction trailer outside and concrete torn up outside.We were pleasantly surprised! The inside was decorated in typical Mexican décor. The staff was friendly and quickly served us. There was no waiting as there was plenty of tables and booths.The food was delivered quickly. The carne asada steak was extremely tasty. The fajita chicken salad was delicious too for not having any lettuce in it. The chips and salsa was good also.If I lived in Gillette, I would definitely come back.
