Wonderful welcoming family staff. Menu Mex Amer, actually more authentic Mexico than many. Good cook, great service, humble presentation. Coffee only fair (one of my big items). Price moderate . You will feel that you are almost in the kitchen--and you are.Major minus--the restroom is in another building and makes you think it might be a good idea to carry pepper spray when you go to wash your hands.

The is a small, clean, nothing fancy Mexican food restaurant with pretty darn good food. You get complimentary chips (thick and crispy) and pico de gallo (tasty but not hot, if thatâs your thing). They have a number of combination plates and a la carte selections as well. I got a hard taco with ground beef, and it was good. My husband got a combo plate with a chile relleno, enchilada, and quesadilla. Everything was very good. If you donât like sour cream, be sure to say so because they put it on the taco as well as the combination plate. Prices are more than reasonable and the owner, Ricarda, is very friendly. This is a good stop for a quick, cheap, delicious dinner.

I enjoyed an excellent Margarita, then a special combination plate. My server was very nice to bring me a combination that wasn't on the menu. This place was recommended to me by a long time local, and it did live up to the recommendation. The big surprise was that they do NOT accept credit cards, so bring cash ! Service was a little on the slow side, but not too bad.

Asked waiter difference between the 3 margaritas, went with the highest price house one, watered down juice, flavorless. Husband ordered the fish plate, said the fish was good. Looked like 4 filets of white fish. Rice and beans were bland, non-edible. My 'beef fajita' was tiny 1" slivers of overcooked beef, carrots, zucchini and onions. Dry and inedible. Paid extra for sour cream, poured on the table salsa, still waste of time and money. As we waited for our food, we watched one of Ft Bragg's homeless guys (with big dog) go through the trash outside and decide against eating anything he pulled out of the cartons. We should have taken that as our cue! Taco Bell would have been far better, and saved us $60.

We stumbled into Angelinaâs fairly late in the evening having had a long drive to the adjoining Motel 6 where we were staying, and therefore did not have any expectations because we hadnât researched a place to eat. In actual fact, the food was truly excellent and we had a really great evening. My burger was one of the very best of the many that I have had in two months on the road in the US. I sampled my wifeâs clam chowder which was also delicious. We both drank the local Pinot Noir which was tasty and unbelievably good value at only $6 per glass. Our waitress was very diligent, helpful and friendly. We would recommend Angelinaâs very highly to anyone staying anywhere in Fort Bragg.

This place has a bit of trouble with focus (there are Mexican dishes on the menu as well as seafood. But fear not, the service is excellent and the food is delicious. Being on the wharf, they get fresh fish several times per week. I ordered King Salmon on my first visit. It perfectly cooked and delicious. So much so that I returned a second night and ordered the cod, which was also delicious. The place has its quirks though, one of which is the music. They play modern country music, which really didn't fit in my opinion. Also, they have beer and wine but no beer and wine list. The specials are only on the board outside or right inside the door, rather than on a leaflet with the menu. Not a good way to sell specials!

A hole in the wall in a strip mall.
Needed a quick stop for lunch and found this place via Tripadvisor.Staff was very friendly, service was fast and accurate. The dining room was very colorfully decorated and it had a vibrant appeal. Was the food authentic? I don't know (and I don't care), but it was great and reasonably priced. We had tacos and burritos and all of us really enjoyed them.Nice option in a rather rural area, definitely recommended.

What a surprise. We usually stay in Mendocino and havenât tried restaurants in Ft Bragg except in the Noyo Harbor. Mayon Fushion was very good. We had the Mayan clam chowder- lots of clams in a thick broth with spicesâ not too hot but savory. I had the Yucatecan burrito with pork. Huge!!! Could not eat more than a third but so tasty with avocado, rice, cheese and more. Mayan sweet white corn was fantastic with a little queso in it. The server was very kind and attentive. I would go back.
