Found this place on a mountain trip, enjoyed dinner there.Good service, food was good. Not too loud, but had some music going. In a strip mall, parking's a little tight, but there's a King Soopers across the street to park in.

I'm surprised to see anyone report they had bad service at this restaurant because we had the exact opposite experience. We were greeted by Graciela who was kind enough to show our kiddos the kids play area while we looked over menus. She's a local gal and offered up local info when we asked her. Our server, Sierra, was very attentive and offered up great suggestions including the AMAZING veggie tacos that I ordered and can't seem to shake the memory of. They were SO good. The food here is fresh, presented well, portions are decent without being "too much" and the chips were warm and fresh to go with the fresh salsa. My margarita was great as was my husbands. The kids had plenty to choose from on the menu as well. My husband is super picky about carnitas having spent 18 years in California where carnitas is "a thing" and he was really happy with the carnitas at Maya's. Don't hesitate to eat here, especially with kids. You won't be sorry!Hollie we appreciate your review, thank you. We are working hard to provide great service to our customers. This Qdoba is right off I-70 so it must be a crazy place to work! But the food is always fresh. The staff is friendly and tries hard to make everything right for the client. Qdoba is really working to make its options inventive and healthy. I appreciate that!

We stopped for dinner on our way through. The boys were happy with the kids meal choices and actually ate most of what they ordered. The salsa was very spicy. The chips were ok, but tasted like they were fried in some weird oil. The crispy Chile relleno was good. The chicken taco tasted like canned chicken honestly. It was edible, but not great. Pepsi products.

Taco Bell is advertising that they are now serving breakfast Nationwide. I guess that doesn't include Evergreen. Pulled up to their front door at 10am to try their new breakfast the restaurant wasn't open for the day yet. No signs promoting breakfast. Checked Taco Bells website and they say their new breakfast is available Nationwide.Needless to say I pulled away hungry and disappointed.
