Recently stopped in this downtown Gibsonville, NC (Main St.) Mexican diner, and loved it. First off, the decor is warm and inviting. Secondly, the service is tremendous - friendly, quick, and kept checking on us. Next, the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. And the prices were very reasonable. This is a GREAT little place - you need to check it out.

Been meaning to try this restaurant for some time now and finally got around to it. It is located a little out of your way but don't let that hinder you. Service excellent, very friendly. Prices reasonable tad on high size. I can only respond to their Chicken Burrito which is little smaller in size than others yet very good. Overall worth a try if you like Mexican.

Salsa is pretty watery, but had a good taste. Tortilla chips were stale. Beans were plain. Beef inside burritos was mushy. Service could be better, not quick on refills etc. Love Mexican food but the food just wasnât impressive. Prices were decent on combination meals.

This Restaurant is located in the Holly Hill Indoor Mall, in Burlington, NC but you can either enter the Restaurant through the Mall or from the Street entrance. We went to this Restaurant on the weekend, and although they were full with people, the Service was fast and friendly. The decor in the Restaurant is good, and the seating is plentiful and relaxing. Our Food was tasty, although everyone who I was with got their plate with extra Hot Food, mine was on the colder side, and I ordered the Half plate of the ACC, which is Shrimp and Rice, even though it was on the colder side the seasoning and Food still tasted Yummy and I ate it all.. The prices are reasonable, and we certainly would recommend this Restaurant for an Authentic Mexican taste in Food. The Restaurant was also clean, including the Restroom.located in the Restaurant.

This is a small and very friendly little place. It has a small kitchen that turns out dishes that are large in quantity and in flavor. It reminds me very much of a couple of places I know in Guadalajara. The salsa (though mild for my taste) and guacamole are the freshest I have tasted locally. The menu is interesting and varied and has some offerings that are more authentic than other Mexican restaurants in town. The dishes are certainly representative of the owners' love of their native cuisine and satisfaction that comes from preparing good food. Everything is very reasonably priced; most full dinners are under ten dollars as of this writing. There are lunch specials and daily specials at dinner. Domestic and Mexican beers are available, as well as soft drinks.

While shopping in Burlington, we found this little place and had an amazingly great meal. Great Mexican food in a casual setting. Had some nice outdoor seating and was extremely clean. Our server was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back when we are in town.

We use only the freshest ingredients to create authentic, fresh tasting brunch and dinners in a relaxing setting.
Open floor plan, nice ambiance, great fresh food! I have celiac disease and can't eat any gluten, so I was thrilled to find out that most of the menu is gluten-free! Even the nacho chips (which are often fried in a fryer used for gluten-containing foods) and the fried potatoes! Only the tortas and the flour tortillas are off limits for me. Friendly staff, good service!

Sadly, this restaurant has lost its luster. While the service was fine the food was mediocre at best. Stale Chips. Salsa that tasted like tomato sauce instead of any spice. The Taquitos were greasy and dry. The Tacos Al Pastor were also greasy and had too much gristle. We asked the waiter if Flautas were still offered...the response was the we no longer have those ingredients. Seriously, it is made with tortillas, a meat filling and fried. To claim you do not have the ingredients is a lie and an insult. We should have left at that and be spared a sub standard meal.

Great place to eat. Really enjoyed steak fajitas. Would not recommend the dessert. The server assured us it was made in the restaurant, the mousse was frozen solid. Looked good but we could not eat it

Thoughtfully created, flavorful, scratch made food and drink
We've been hearing about Tangent for creative tacos, and we were not disappointed. The place has a nice brick decor, the staff is helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. My wife and I shared 4 tacos: a Taco 101 shrimp, a Taco 101 steak, a Spicy Fried Catfish Taco, and a Brussel Truffle Taco, plus two ears of fried corn on the cob (savory). It was fantastic. We'll be back to try some other concoctions - they had many more!
