We went to dinner tonight with family and were disappointed. We were seated in the bar area after assuring us that it would we would be comfortable. When my wife said something to the hostess that seated us it became clear that she seated us in a area that she knew was going to be cold. We tried to enjoy our dinner but we were essentially just wanting to eat as we were hungry and wanted to leave. We asked to speak to manager who was of little assistance. Our dinner was ok, the waitress was great ( the one positive) We usually go to this restaurant every 6 to 8 weeks however it is very unlikely we will be going again.We're sorry to hear that your recent experience was not as good as it should have been. This place has good food and is priced right! Just not a lot of gluten free options, but man are those fries DELICIOUS!!! This place is definitely worth a visit. I didn't give an excellent rating only because I would like more "healthier" options.

If you're tired of the whole burger thing, but are forced to eat cheap, then Taco Bell is the place to go. Where else can you get a half pound of Seven Layer Beefy Burrito for 79 cents on special?!I would rather have someone wrap a bunch of stuff in a tortilla for me, and sell it to me for a buck, than get a 99 cent salt/soy burger any day.And the great thing about the location at 40 and 213 is that it's 25 to 50 cents cheaper that the Belle Hill Road location next to the freeway. They always get my order right. They serve it fast. It's decent food, at a very reasonable price. Hungry? Dig in your pockets, the glove box, the center console, and then go have a feast! It'l be a lot better than the burgers next door, or across the street.

Working in customer service has made me expect the most out of those in the same business. The people here do not have good customer service skills and will frequently give food falling out of wrappers and drinks that are dripping all over the place.
