Nice apparently family run restaurant - have tried this one out twice recently -once for dinner and once for lunch. Very good Tex-Mex with a wide menu. Enchiladas and fajitas are delicious. Service is very fast. Somewhat busy and noisy at times and I do not recall seeing an actual kids menu. Reasonably priced. Basic decor. Highly recommend this one.

Whenever we get a chance to pass through El Campo, we always stop at Los Cucos for a meal. The food and service has been consistently excellent. Our waiter was attentive, the meal, arrived piping hot and tasty, and the portions were very generous. We definitely left fully satisfied and full. The management at this Los Cucos seems to have the restaurant business down cold, and this location is the best in their chain, without a doubt. I can't wait for our next trip through the area.
The food at Taqueria Fernandez was very good, and authentic! The salsa tasted very fresh, our order was served hot, and prepared correctly. The restaurant was clean, the staff was very helpful in making our decisions. Our only "issue" would have been the parking, as we drive an 18 wheeler. As long as we can get in there between lunch and dinner, and it's doable to park, -- we'll go back again.

We evacuated to El Campo during Hurricane Harvey and found this restaurant open during our stay. We enjoyed a hot meal with chips and salsa and chile con queso for starters. Everything we ordered we enjoyed so if I ever returned, I would go here again.
