Wanted something quick & easy so I choose Taco Bell. Had 1 chicken taco and two crunchy tacos and everything was really good.
I go here for lunch with co-workers, two of whom have lived in Delano most of their lives and claim the shrimp tacos and tostadas here are the best in town. I've had both and they're very tasty. I also really like the enchiladas. Staff is very friendly. Salsa and chips served once you arrive are good and plentiful. The place is a little small but has some decent ambiance except when there are telenovelas playing on the big screen TV in one corner - not my cup of tea. But thankfully it's rare I've seen the tv on. My guess is that it's mostly there to watch sports events in the evenings. The best parking is in the back since the front entrance is directly off high street which is a busy street for Delano. There's a sign on the door advertising free wifi.
Good mexican food on main street, right in downtown Delano. Fast and friendly service. My favorite food there is the charritos - the mexican hot dogs!
The cocktail was large and fresh, lots of avocado and salad items with the shrimp. Was pretty good. Didn't try their hot food though.
Latino friends recommended this place for its genuine Mexican food. The decor was nothing special, sort of a sports bar theme with boxing posters and neon beer signs, but the food was indeed excellent. Camarones (shrimp) is a specialty, with tasty but mild seasoning. I ordered a shrimp empanada ($4.50) which with the introductory chips & salsa made a full meal. At the other end of the table, friends were served with dramatically sizzling chicken fajitas. A wide variety of tacos included lengua (tongue) and cabeza (head meat). Service was prompt and cheerful. Just off Highway 99, this is a good place to stop on a road trip through the Central Valley.

We are from Texas and love good Mexican food. We were on our way to Nevada and picked this spot out of the hat for lunch. We loved our lunch and can highly recommend the tacos and enchilada de queso. And we has a wonderful waitress. Simply a great find .

I really enjoy this restaurant. We eat here every time we are in Delano. The food is fantastic. I would recommend the Chile relllano and the shrimp tacos. Service is always good and fair prices. Also no alcohol served so maintains a be y family friendly environment.
