I visited this restaurant and while the food was good the service was HORRIBLE. It took too long for us to be seated and there was no one else waiting. Waiters passed by numerous times including a man in a brown shirt who came out of the kitchen and appeared to be a manager. I'm only guessing because of the different color shirt. He definitely was not a cook. Then we are finally seated. The waiter took our drink orders and he never came back again!!!! Fortunately we were having the buffet and we didn't have to wait for him to bring our food otherwise we would have starved!!! I will never go there again!!! - Los Arcos New Hope Road, Gastonia, NC - The Worst!!!

I've visited Azteca restaurants in Charlotte and have had good experiences though their food seems to be a little pricier than others. First off, the location of this place is not in the best area of Gastonia but we were driving by and hungry, so we thought we'd give it a try. Staff was friendly. Sanitation grade was a 95. We ordered cheese dip and it was brought out quickly, but it wasn't even hot. It was luke-warm so we asked the waiter to heat it up. I don't know how they prepare it (crock pot? stove top?) but I think he just poured a different bowl from the same mediocre batch because the second bowl was nothing different. So we asked again for them to heat it up. By this time our food had arrived, which was surprisingly piping hot. I ordered enchiladas and my boyfriend ordered tacos. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. We will go eat at any other Mexican restaurant before returning here. If you want a good Mexican place and you are in the Gastonia-Belmont area, go to Taxco!! High quality food and the cheese dip is served hot!
Where to eat Diner food in Dallas: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Slow service for Mexican, staff lacks overall friendliness, loud kitchen when sitting nearby, food was sub par and frankly has always been a low performer in the old location, and now the new. New location may look nice on the exterior, but is not worth the visit.

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
We beat the lunch crowd and were promptly seated. We both had the Wednesday lunch special- nicely flavored chicken fajitas. Our server, Keonia, did a good job of checking on us and made sure that we had enough to drink.
