Excellent service, good ambiance and magnificent food. There were five of us dinning, we ordered an array of appetizers, soups, salads and meat dishes. All (except soups) placed at the center of the table for sharing. Every single dish, was outstanding. The portions were plentiful and temperatures perfect. This restaurant could go head to head with any restaurant in Las Vegas. And Iâm not family or friend of the staff or owners, Iâm just that impressed. I recommend the fried panela appetizer, tortilla soup and mochamos rib eye. If you have any room left, treat yourself to the chocolate cake they call Sin and the carrot cake, sublime.

Cocina de México
buen ambiente, buena musica y platillos no muy variados pero que cumplen con un sabor rico, su fuerte el puerco para los amantes de este tipo de carne, excelente par reuniones o festejos a cumpleañeros.

Specialties are around beef. There are mixed plates that include charro beans, grilled green onions, tortillas (flour or corn), sauce and a refreshing barley (agua de cebada) beverage. The service is very efficient and servers are very kind. It's a traditional family restaurant and has several locations in town.

The had better times here. Restaurants in several cities with a terrible variation in taste. It started as a great family business where quality was before volume. From the kitchen they have pleased caprices and trends. A hundred better places for original, fresh, regional seafood. But tacos gobernador (melted cheese on cooked fish tacos) and oysters are still unbeatable!

Although this place is a little bit pricy, their flavors are really good! Ordering meet, shrimp or the grilled octopus is, in my opinion, spending too much money on a good meal (but not great). However, if you order tacos or tostadas, your bill will be mid-range and you will enjoy some REALLY GOOD tacos!!!! My recommendations are the Pulpo Taco and the Cheese and Shrimp Taco. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and got them WAY after our tacos, which wasn't so cool. The Banana Pie for the dessert was TO DIE FOR!!! Really good!!! Drinks are really good too (specially one with Guava and Mezcal), but a little bit to little if you ask me. I would suggest larger drinks, instead of fancy, small ones in Mason Jars. Nice environment and decor...Thank you for your feedback , we are pleased that your visit has been pleasant . We will review your suggestion about the size of the drinks. We hope to see you again

I have no idea how to start this review or what to put, since everyone will think that is not true...Why? because I have only great grand positive comments about this small place.I will put it simple, the food is to die for. There is no single dish that I rejected or wanted to leave for latter. I ate as it was the end of the world.Service is good also. The location is perfect, you can sit outside and enjoy the hot weather!

I really hate to be negative about a place but my purpose is hoping they'll improve which really benefits that business more than anyone. I get dragged to one of these Little Chicken places every time I come to Culiacan. I won't say kicking and screaming because the food is decent and the coffee is excellent. I should mention that a few months back I attended an incredible wedding in Guadalajara and at about 3am they served chilaquiles and I got really sick. I hadn't noticed until this visit, that just about every plate at El Gallito has chilaquiles so that was a bad start. But as previously mentioned the coffee is excellent so I can't say that the food wasn't satisfying because it was. On this trip however, we went twice. And both times we had a pretty young blonde as our server. If she had been as good a server as she was pretty, I probably would have been much more positive. Granted, we did have two small children and one was very active so we had a room to our own which was great, but little miss thing seemed annoyed with everything. I don't think she ever smiled and the service was horrendous. First, we did not get any napkins. There were about 15 of us and when someone asked her for napkins, she went elsewhere, grabbed a handful and set them in the middle of the table. Left it to us to pass them around and never checked to see if everybody got one. Later one person at the table asked for corn tortillas and she got a basket with a few cold ones. She then asked if they could be heated up a bit and when they came back, they were burned! I mean literally black from being burned. Everybody laughed it was so incredible. At times we needed more coffee or whatever and I looked at miss thing and she was hugging another employee I suppose and then scratching his belly! Really??? That's why she couldn't be bothered to take care of her customers. Don't get me wrong, there was another young lady and two young men and they were excellent when we asked them for things, but you would think that if she wasn't that busy, that she should be checking on us instead of performing Love Story in the hallway. Maybe she's the owner's daughter or the manager's sister but she had no business acting that way there. Sorry Little Chicken but if I have to return there, next time it will be kicking and screaming.

Local busines freinds brought us here and we really enjoyed it. Started with the ample seafood sampler, chervice and wide variety of good beverages. Then shared A LOT of great cold and cooked seafoods to which we often added a variety of chile sauces. Finished with hot pepper candies.

Un lugar para relajarse en donde se nos transmite la cercania con la playa, el mood de relajamiento de un lounge bar, en donde los amigos podran tomar y comer antojitos frescos.
I don't know which is the original, but we met some friends from Mexico DF for a meal while we were all in Culiacan. The Tuna Tostada's were the best part of the meal. The Gringonna was cold, and not very good, and the Pizza left a lot to be desired.Service was decent, and the prices were fair for the quality of food.Thank you for your comment. It´s very important for us to know the experience that our customers had in Cabanna. We try to do our best effort everyday and thanks to this comments you help us to do everything better. Hope to see you soon.
