The restaurant was very busy, as you can imagine on the Mexican holiday. Wait staff were visibly very busy. I am surprised that they did not collide while taking orders and bringing food. They did extremely well given the circumstances. They provided us with salsa, chips, and queso dip. The queso was runny, but very flavorful. My dinner, nachos supreme,.was.very good. It would have been better had the chips been home made instead of commercially made.Other members in our group had combination plates and said that their meals were very good. The restaurant was good and we hope to return soon. Our only disappointments were that margaritas, which seemed to have been watered down, and the flan. Maybe the flan provided here is popular with the local.clientele, but it seemed to be more viscous than I am accustomed to having, and it had a slight bitter taste - my 2 year old granddaughter spit it out.

After a long day on the road we checked into the Holiday Inn Express on Chamberlain Rd.. Hungry but not wanting to travel far the front desk suggested the Fiesta Time restaurant literally next door. What a great find. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bowl of chips and salsa quickly appeared at our table. We ordered the margaritas and settled in. My wife ordered the Quesadilla Especial with queso cheese and beef which she loved. I had the Quesadilla Mexican with beef tip. Excellent. Highly recommend going.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food, I don't eat a lot of fast food but when I do this is my first choice!

Saw the restaurant while driving one day and put it on our "go to list". Convenient location with good parking (once the doctor offices are closed). Stopped in last night and was greeted and seated immediately by a very friendly host. Small footprint and it was 1/4 filled (we were early). Offered chips, water and drinks immediately. The waiter was gruff but informative The salsa had a nice heat but added some more salt and pepper. My wife had the upscale Margarita and I ordered the skinny one. One ingrediant was grapefruit soda with sounded more sweet than I wanted. I dropped the soda and the bartender added a splash of orange juice. It was delicious. The menu is surprisingly expansive. We ordered the chicken/steak fajita for two. It was large enough for four so we will share a single order next time. Fresh veggies, nicely sautéed chicken and tender beef. Served with rice, corn or flour tortillas, refried beans and sour cream/lettuce. Very enjoyable. We will be back to try more on the menu. Potent drinks so I suggest just one Margarita or more with Uber/Lyft. Waiter warmed up as we charmed him through the meal. Everyone isn't at their beast all the time. Be kind to waitstaff......they are usually working their bottoms off.RecommendedSlainte!
