Things to do in Creel
Only place with regional food in CREEL, CHIHUAHUA. Have a grate view of downtown and the mountains from a second floor.
The cafeteria bistro provide the best quality, service and variety. always trying to exceed expectations.
After 3 weeks withdrawn living with Tarahumaras I looked for some healthy food and I found it here, at least fruits and fruits-juice. I was very welcomed at this place and nicely served.
Not a gourmet restaurant, but a very good option for a quick bite. I stuck to the quesadilla with beef or pork, and i liked their strong salsa verde. There are several types of beer and sodas to choose from.

Clean little restaurant with wifi. Good food and service, right in downtown Creel. Its perfect if you are looking for vegetarian options. I really liked that you can take a look at the kitchen and see how clean it is.
family gastronomic restaurant, the best gastronomic destination in the middle of the sierra tarahumara with quality service, Raramuri food and a lovely atmospher. A reason more for return to Creel Chihuahua
As we walked in the door of this cafe we noticed the sign saying credit cards accepted, as we perused the menu....there again was the advertising that cards were okay but when we went to pay the bill....sorry our wifi doesn't work....cash only! Perhaps they should remove the signage and at least tell customers before they order not when its time to pay. Could have been very difficult....luckily we did still have some pesos left but we might have ended up doing the dishes!!! The food was disappointing and not as good as the 2 other restaurants we had ordered food from....wish we'd made return visits to them instead.

The Estufa is the restaurant that has the traditional Mexican cuisine, all our saucers are served in abundance and with unique homemade taste of the Sierra Tarahumara.
We came for Christmas dinner with the family while in Creel. While I was happy to pay 300 MXN pesos per person I was expecting a much better quality and level of service. They has one waitress for the entire restaurant. But the worst was the quality of the meal for the price. Only 3 small bites of turkey the rest was pure carbs, pasta , mashed potatoes and a few leaves of lettuce. Horrible experience for the money! Be warned!

El Meson de Garcia is a restaurant within the hotel Best Western The Lodge At Creel which serves meals , snacks and desserts with regional Mexican seasoning of the Sierra Tarahumara. Restaurant offers full-service capacity of 160 persons approx . Service
The ambiance of this hotel is lovely with its roaring fire....but we decided to get takeout/food to go to our own cosy hotel! The food was tasty, in particular the tomato soup....just what we needed to warm up on a freezing night. It was interesting that they served our foods in dishes not takeout containers which of course we returned a couple of days later....nice touch :)

This restaurant has differents dishes for all tastes, we have mexican food, traditional food, steaks, beer among others meals; is a nice and excelent restaurant...
We had 2 meals at this locations and I wish we would have had all of our meals there. The food and service are excellent and the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The prices were the best. Of all the restaurants we dined at I personally enjoyed this one the best.

The best place to enjoy Mexican seasoning Creel and homey, traditional dishes and excellent service ... Handmade decor inside, typical of the region...To feel at home!!!
My family and I Traveled on the chepe and we stopped at Creel. We had supper here and I would say it was really good. The staff was friendly and attentive, the flavor was excellent, tha food was savoury, and they served this large fluor tortillas, delicious!WE had the chichen soup, enchiladas and Bistek ranchero. They offered a selection of aguas frescas (fresh squized lemonade, or cucumber and lime, etc), that were incredible better than the expected. And the place has a good price, so it's worthy

Friendly helpful staff but with two different menus, one Spanish and one English..... my order got lost in translation and I ended up with the wrong steak dish....should have been fantastic...but was just okay, but the mushroom soup was sensational and the restaurant has wifi that works...unlike the hotel we were staying in! Unfortunately we were getting our food to go....so didn't really feel like venturing out in minus 2 degrees to get the dish I actually ordered :)
