We came here a few years ago and it was brilliant.. this time around not so much..soggy corn chips, tasteless burrito bowl with dubious chicken and zero flavor - lukewarm chicken is a worry! Tables were sticky and at these prices lining up to order with menu questions not being answered promptly by staff was disappointing. Sangria was fine and a lovely young waitress were only thing on the + sideHi katkat22, thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback- weâre so sorry to hear that things werenât up to our usual standards for your visit! We walked past this place today & thought it looked a cool place to come back to. No limes for cocktails or beers at this Mexican restaurant and when we ordered wine, the waitress said "good idea make it easy" and to cut a long story short, the food was shocking! Bland burritos & the fish wasn't fresh. Really disappointing meal out. We have been back to Coolangatta 3 times since the 70's and its so difficult to find really great, well cooked & tasty food! What has happened Coolangatta?? Would have been great to have had a high chair for our granddaughter but the waitress said it broke at the weekend.

For the 18 -35's 100% idealAppartments that although a little dated, proved more room with a view than you will come across elsewhere.The most lively bar, dance venue downstairs means for many traveling to seek what they are after isn't necessary.Colourful, loud, happening and across the road from the beach + Greenmount Beach Club - which is also a Gem for Surf loving types

Mexican chicken tasted like it had been reheated from the fridge from 5 days ago. Nacho bean mix came straight out of a packet with a sauce from what tasted like cardboard box. Margarita drinks were average for $13 each But when you canât physically eat any of the food you really donât expect a $5 surcharge for a refund from pure dog slop refunded $15. Last chance for Montezumas. Shouldnât be in business. Never again. Save your money. Still cost $70 and left hungry and disappoint. Mexicans would be embarrassed.

This place is a great home style Mexican. Great staff, attitude, and food, together with top quality Margheritas.The front of house make you welcome, the chef makes you want to stay. This is one of Coolangattaâs finest institutions, and well worth a visit for dinner. Note we didnât see it in the menu, but if you ask, wait staff will tell you you can order your food on a chilli scale of 1-8. Use that to your advantage.

Travelled the world, eaten Mexican food all around the world, including Mexico..............this is the very WORST Mexican Restaurant that it has ever been my displeasure to go to. Very small servings of very poor quality and very high prices. Never again - the photographs on there page must have been taken at another Mexican Restaurant - there's was 1/3 the size and quality

Hawaii meets Mexico and has a tropical party on the famous Kirra beach! Delicious and fresh island style food set in an artistic tiki setting! Cheap taco's everyday from 3pm. MAHALO!
