Conshohocken (/ˌkɒnʃəˈhɒkən/ kon-shə-HOK-ən; Lenape: Kanshihakink) is a borough on the Schuylkill River in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in suburban Philadelphia. Historically a large mill town and industrial and manufacturing center, after the decline of industry in recent years Conshohocken has developed into a center of riverfront commercial and residential development. In the regional slang, it is sometimes referred to by the colloquial nickname Conshy (/ˈkɒnʃi/ KON-shee). The name "Conshohocken" comes from the Unami language, from either Kanshi'hak'ing, meaning "Elegant-ground- place", or, more likely, Chottschinschu'hak'ing, which means "Big-trough-ground-place" or "Large-bowl-ground-place", referring to the big bend in the Tulpe'hanna (Turtle River, or modern Schuylkill River).

We were seated in the inside dining room right away when we arrived, but nobody approached our table for at least 15 minutes, and then it was to bring only water. After another wait, we got chips and salsa and gave our order for one enchiladas camaron and one almond chicken. After about 40 minutes, we got our food. To be fair, it was very good, but by that time we had waited about an hour. On our way out, the hostess apologized for the long wait. I specifically came here for the taco salad. It was an excellent decision. My wife and aunt got the same thing and they enjoyed their meal. I loved mine! All of the personnel were really friendly.

Well I saw this place and thought why not check it out? Wow! What a disappointment. First let me begin with what was good. The hostess was friendly and the waiter was as well and the atmosphere not bad.Now the jalapeno poppers were good, but the steak medallions I ordered sucked. They were so overly smoked, the meat was chewy, the rice had some vegetables in it and didn't have flavor. My wife enjoyed her tacos, but she only got two of them for like 10 bucks and they weren't a good size portion at all. She said they were tasty and her refried beans were good, but that's it. So disappointed and will not go back.

Found a metal wire from scrubby in my burrito. Last time I found plastic. Not going to go back they need to be more careful when prepping food. Food would have been good.
