Fresh home-made food coupled with excellent service, early morning happy hour, afternoon happy hour and a game of pool coupled with incredible prices and large portions. Had it before when traveling, on a whim tried it over a Wendy's in an airport. Good choice!Get the Diablo queso and chips. The cheese comes in a to go cup so you can enjoy later...yum. Careful, it's a bit spicey!
Laid-back counter-serve Mexican chain with Baja-style tacos & burritos plus gluten-free options. Ultimate fresh mex made your way - exactly as you love it!
Husband, daughter and I stopped for lunch and ousted a little bit of everything ;)I had 2 tacos with beef (shredded, tasty) and black beans& rice.Daughter had nachos with pork (way to sweet for us) and a side of queso. The nachos with a different neat would be fab. Very very good.My husband got the daily special of 2 chicken enchiladas, rice &pinto beans, and he liked those very much. I also tried the horchata, which is a milk-based cold drink seasoned with cinnamon and sugar. We look forward to revisiting this restaurant!

a relatively new place, but quite crowded
My family and I were looking for some Mexican food. Tacos Tequila was on our way back to Denver. We were not disappointed. All the tacos were delicious as was the Queso Fundido.

We are eating paleo and this place has paleo options on the menu and they are perfect! The paleo platter is choice of 2 proteins with coleslaw, fajita veggies, greens and guacamole. I had wahoo and chicken and it was delicious! The platter was just under 10$ and good portions. It was so good I ordered dinner for my husband and I to go and took it home across the mountains. I had shrimp for the second protein option and they were good. My husband had the asada and carnitas and really enjoyed it. They also offer "cauliflower rice" which we tried a side of, it was ok, but could use some work.

We bought a casa del rey baseball cap for $7 for the sunny parade. Thank you from Rita Bennett and Steve Nordstrom from Westminster Colorado

The menu was amazing in itself. We spent like 10 min just going back and forth between the selection. I ended up getting the Independent taco (brisket), it was nothing less than spectacular. I also got one with catfish. Good but no brisket. Kids loved theirs and the wife loved hers as well. It has a kick so eliminate what you don't want on it when you order.

This place is so yummy and located in great shopping space. I go here often when in Colorado. The Bartenders and servers have all been great! Their street tacos are delish! My fave was braised beef and steak. Cadillac, Sandra Latin light, La Sandia margaritas are all awesome! Enjoy this place then do a little shopping. Or shopping then drinks. Either way, wonât disappoint. Enjoy!

We came upon this Mexican restaurant while staying overnight in Henderson at a hotel near the Denver airport. This restaurant was convenient and most satisfying in meeting our dining needs. Mi Jardin is in an older, warehouse area and seems to cater to many folks from the relevant ethnic group. This indicates, accurately, that the prices are moderate and that people who should know about this cuisine find good stuff at this restaurant. I had sopapillas, a New Mexico favorite and mine also, but not so readily available outside the "Land of Enchantment". Mi Jardin offers sizable sopapillas and at a reasonable price. It was very pleasing and delicious. They also have a variety of not pricy but good tasting Margaritas as well as a good selection of beers. This place certainly deserves the high ranking it has in TripAdvisor reviews. Mi Jardin (note that the name is "Mi" Jardin, not "El") can be a bit hard to find but is just off the main street in the Commerce City area, around 70th Street. The place offers several dining rooms and a popular bar.
