So Carlitos is branded as a Mexican restaurant, and you'll find your typical street tacos, burritos, etc. However, the Peruvian menu items are absolutely the best. We got a beef dish, and now we go back at least once a week. Staff is super friendly. They are getting ready to open a restaurant south of town as well.

Everything was fresh and well seasoned. Had three guests with me and all were impressed. One guest had Deluxe Molcajete and it was awesome. Huge portions and bubbling hot to the table. Chicken fajitas also awesome and sizzling hot. Salsa was good and not overly spicy for those that donât like heat. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of items to choose from and meals come with chips and salsa.

The restaurant is über-casual and the quality of the items varies. Ask for your tacos "Mexican style" with chopped onions and cilantro on corn tortillas with fresh lime to squeeze over them. The best. When they have fresh guacamole it's worth getting a side. Staff is welcoming and generally cheery.
