The food at this place is very good, this is authentic Mexican food and not pricey. The tortillas for the quesadillas are hand made and huge. The sopes are so delicious. The enchiladas verdes are really good too.Don't let the appearance of this place to scare you, this place is not fancy at all and needs some renovations, however, you will get quality food. This place is not pricey at all. There is no fountain soda, so be prepared to pay for a bottle of soda or drink some water.

Have lived here for quite a while and LOVE Mexican food but not experienced El Tapatio... Should have gotten here earlier! On location parking is linited, but nearby spots are readily available Small venue, nicely decorated, bwith lots of booths and tables. Easy to find a spot you like. Take a booth upstairs on the right on entry...quieter!VERY GOOD Mexican cuisine (not TEX MEX!), large selection of specials and individual options GREAT chips and fresh salsa!Service is quick and attentive. Good choice for Mexican in north Wilmington or south PA. Oh by thw-e way... The music is provided by a Mexican troubador with a really nice voice and great repetoir of Spanish songs! Even better of you understand love songs!Well worth your choice!
This Taco Bell is paired with a KFC so you can order either, but we are talking about Taco Bell here......So.....the food here is usually pretty good, but the menu board doesn't really give a clear/full picture of their offerings because it includes the KFC offerings. I always get the same things because I never know what they still have on the menu and there isn't a real clear explanation of some of the menu items. The hard tacos are always a winner as is the chips and cheese nachos. The nachos bell grande is a bit pricy and gets mushy very quickly. I also find the nacho cheese grillers to be a winner.Be sure to check your bag before you leave because more times than not all of your items haven't made it into the bag. Unfortunately, I have made that mistake and arrived home only to find several items missing, and it's not worth the trip back for 1 or 2 $1.29 items.
