Things to do in Chalmette
We have eaten at the El Paso restaurant in Metairie previously. The food is the same. Everything was good-Kids both had the Chicken Quesidilla plates, Wife had the Chicken Fajitas and I had the Plato El Paso. The only problem we encountered was the waitress did not remember to leave the sour cream off of my food. It wasn't a ton, so I never even mentioned it to the waitress. The place looks good for a remodeled building.
We are a family restaurant with all the exquisite Mexican dishes.
We stopped for lunch on Saturday and there were several tables open. The server was pleasant, took our drink order and was quick. We ordered the Burrito California - Wet (which I didn't know was a thing) and my chicken fajitas. Both were delicious and filling!

Been here several times and I'm amazed for a fast food joint they haven't made any mistakes on my orders. Boss Nachos is huge. Always right and courteous personnel at the window... Courteous, Quick and cheap eating...
Will go back. The food was great and the people were friendly. I enjoyed eating here and will visit again soon.

We had lunch yesterday. I tried a new dish-veggie sauté! It was so good & healthy! Spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, peppers, & a few carrots. It was delish! My son had his favorite chicken quesadilla and my husband had his fav steak fajitas. The guacamole & queso is always on point. The staff was very friendly!
