Come Experience Brevard's Premier Fine Dinning Restaurant; You Will Enjoy Our Fresh Ingredients And Elegant Atmosphere.
Been meaning to try this restaurant for a while and very glad we finally did. A lot of the less common (in the US) Mexican dishes available. The chile en nogada was excellent, I liked the substitution of strawberries for the more traditional pomegranate seeds. A couple different mole varieties available and the pepino (cucumber) dip was very good as well. So many other items on the menu looked interesting we will definitely return.

I have been to the Plaza Garibaldi two times in the last two weeks. What a gem I have been missing. Fast, friendly service. Menu is extensive and the salsa bar is an added bonus. Food is awesome. The best part is it is an alcohol free restaurant. I applaud the owners for this choice! I recommend this family friendly restaurant for its food and atmosphere.

My friends and I had lunch here New Yearâs Day. I had a small taco salad with beef tips. It was delicious! My friends shared a lunch fajita. It had lots of chicken , shrimp and veggies with a choice of corn or flour tortillas. There is also a very nice salsa bar. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. The owner always stops tableside to make sure everything is perfect for his customers. We will continue to eat here regularly.

The wait for a table at The Square Root was 30-40 minutes at 2pm because they were so jammed, so we gave them our cell number and decided to walk around. We went over to El Ranchero instead and we got right in. The place was pretty empty, so we had great service. All of the food was reasonably priced, huge portions and very tasty. We had a bowl of queso (yummy) with the tortilla chips (light and crisp) and salsa (very low acidity). I had vegetable fajitas with a side of rice. Everything tasted fresh. We would totally return.
Permanent food truck, outdoor seating (in a nursery). Definitely a unique setting. Fresh flavorful Mexican eats. Everyting is prepared to perfection. No generic soupy beans and rice, no cheese slathered polo. What they do have is fresh ingredients and the complex seasoning reminds me of real southwestern food from years ago in Texas.
