Whether you are dining with the family, out with coworkers, or looking for a great place hang out with friends, Shelby Campbell's Tavern & Grill is the place for you. Serving up specialty steaks and chops, flame grilled burgers, one of a kind appetizers a
I had dinner and then breakfast here while staying at the hotel. Not many other choices without a car. Like so many hotel restaurants, the food was over-salted, but plentiful. I'm told the chili is very good. Breakfast (not included in room price) was adequate. Question: why are there heating trays of pancakes and French toast (both pretty good) but no syrup in sight??? Is it a Chicago thing?
I have been going to Mexico 2000 for YEARS the past month it has been HORRIBLE! Last night we even got sick ... new management? new cooks? I always get the same thing, Chicken Flautas, but the past two times I have been there the chicken is hard and dried out, you can't even chew it! I am very upset about this since it is the only Mexican Restaurant that I go to, just thinking about last nights dinner is making my teeth hurt and my stomach turn. FIX IT!
Food isn't bad. I usually order a burrito or the nachos locos. They often will have taco specials on Mondays or Tuesdays (tacos for $1.25). If sitting down in restaurant, chips and salsa are available as well. Make sure your order is correct, as occasionally our specialty order is wrong (no lettuce, no beans, etc). Overall, no major complaints.

Excellent counter order style food. The Tortaâs are excellent. Tried the tortilla salad with shrimp, it comes in chipotle chicken and crispy chicken, braised or pulled pork or beef. It was flavorful and gull of Pueblo chili and avocado. The lime dressing makes it all work. Will come again.

Mi Tierra Grill chefs and restauranteurs bring over 25 years in cooking experience, working for continental kitchens. Now focusing on their own cooking culture, developing new ideas, recipes, and combine there experiences for a new modern Mexican cuisine.
Taqueria Mi Tierra is located in a small strip mall along West Irving Park Rd., a couple of blocks west of York Rd. There is parking, though at lunch or dinner time, it can get a bit hard. We were here for a light lunch, so we ordered tacos - two barbacoa tacos and two chorizos papa tacos. We thought that both types tasted good, though we both thought that they could have had a bit more on them. The staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Seems like Taco Bell prices keep going higher and higher. Sure, i constantly hear the costs of corn and beef are higher, but now a hard shell taco is $1.09 or more. I love Taco Bell, but now I limit myself on the number of visits I make. If you also notice, no more $.99 menu either. I wonder if business is suffering by higher prices... By the lines I see... I guess not. I've got nothing bad to say about the workers or food quality. Last few times the staff has been very friendly, and the service was fast.
We went for breakfast here on a Sunday morning around 11:00am. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The restaurant is very clean, colorful and decorated with bright colors without being over the top. The breakfast portions were appropriately sized as well; not over the top heaping with extra lettuce and rice. They make the best guacamole I have ever had! The only down side to this restaurant is that they did not serve alcohol! The meal would have been so much better with a freshly made margarita...we probably would have stayed for lunch!

Located in Terminal 1 on Concourse B in Chicago International Airport.
I liked the Tortilla Soup, which tasted quite different from the hundreds of examples I have had in Mexico, but was very good. The calabacita chilaquiles were just OK. The green sauce was a bit overpowering and the totopos were soggy.

I can only echo the previous review. Ceviche is as good as any weâve had in Mexico. All margaritas are good but we especially like the mezcal version. Tacos are excellent. Beer battered tilapia is my favorite. Tortillas are made there. The carne Assadâs dinner is one of my husbandâs favorites. Service is excellent. We go regularly.

Bienvenidos to De Campana Restaurant! De Campana in Bensenville is family owned and operated restaurant serving fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine since 1981. Mexican food is rich and exciting, not only because of its seasoning, but also for the special met
Set in the corner of a strip mall with mostly ethnic grocery stores and restaurants. De Campana Mexican restaurant has loads of items as part of its interior decoration, mostly items from decades ago like Radios, Toys and other artifacts (if that is your thing). It was rather dark, even though it was 5:00 pm and quite light outside when I visited. The Chips and Salsa were quite good. Salsa was fresh and just the right amount of spiciness. I ordered the Carne Asada meal which can be cooked per your choice. The portions sizes are rather large. It comes with a Salad. So be sure and bring a good appetite. The meat was tasty and seasoned well, the refried beans that came with it were tasty as well. Service was friendly and attentive. The place was empty when I walked in, but in about 30 minutes or so it was relatively filled up. Good choice for Mexican food if you are in the area.
