We stopped here after moving our son into college and the food and margaritas were excellent. This is our favorite place to eat in Alliance.

We are regulars at Don Pancho's, but our dinner there this past weekend was very, very good. What was notable is that they seemed to be absolutely swamped, as there was a large birthday party going on. The only reason I'm awarding 4 stars instead of 5 is that from time to time the food can be a little on the greasy side. Family owned, good and quick service--what more could you ask for?
I know people talk highly of Chipotle and really enjoy it but I often find that I'm disappointed with it no matter what location I go to no matter what city I'm in. It's just not my favorite fast food Mexican Grill. I feel like their steak is fatty and gristly their queso has an interesting flavor and color and I don't like that their salsa is pureed. You do get a lot of food and it is good but it's just not something that makes me think this is the bomb.

When I first walked in to Taco Bell, I was amazed by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the comforting din of a family-run kitchen. Then I was taken aback by the sheer number of options available to me. Although this Taco Bell seemed to only have about 6 ingredients used in varying proportions to comprise the different cuisine selections, it was as if they were chefs fit for the finest gourmet restaurant's of Mexico. My significant other, a vegetarian, had no problem finding a meal that fit her needs, and a staff well prepared and highly understanding of her situation prepared the finest meal she has ever eaten. All in all, this establishment is worthy of a Three Star rating is not the only Michelin 4-star restaurant in the world. Eat here at all costs. Even though it's exceptionally priced.
