This was the first Mexican restaurant in Helena, and it's still the best. Great service. Great food. Great location. They are always quick. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I love to support a restaurant that took a chance to come here before there were other options.

Stopped in for a quick bite while traveling. Looked like the place could use cleaning and the staff we interacted didn't seem to be interested in us or their jobs. They did, however, get our order right which explains the three stars. Not much else to say.

Helena's best Mexican Restaurant. With over 20 years of culinary experience, El Patron is locally owned and operated.
I recently ordered the streak yucatecas with extra pico de gallo. The food was great. The steak was a little chewy in places but overall wonderful. I would definitely order the meal again. The individual who took my order wasnât the most friendly but it could have been an off day. I will definitely go back.

The foundation of it all, the cornerstone of Sneaky Peteâs fame, is the famous Sneaky Peteâs Hot Dog Sauce. One taste of the Original Sneaky Pete â a tender, juicy hot dog covered with tangy kraut, onions, a little mustard and topped with the famous Sneak
The service and the food were so outstanding, it was hard to remember that it's located inside a gas station!

This family-owned restaurant is very well managed. The menu is reasonably priced as well. The salsa is perfect (not watery and fresh) and the guacamole is very tasty as well. Of the three times I've eaten there, I've tried something different each time and the food is always fresh (not stale like out of a can).

We had the "entire" family (grandkids, kids, us & great grandpa) there for dinner. The restaurant was about 25% full. We were seated promptly but it took "forever" for them to take our beverage order and even longer for our food orders. By then the 2 & 6 year old were getting very restless. Once we ordered the food was delivered promptly and it was very good. I only wished that their chili rellenos were available with chicken instead of beef for shrimp. I got the nacho supreme instead and it was excellent. They were very quick to refill the beverages, but getting the bill took a while.I would have given it at least 4 stars other than the initial service.

This is my sons favorite place to eat. I especially love the Monday burrito and chips deal. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty with huge servings. The salsa bar with several choices is a plus and I enjoy trying the newest flavors.

I have dined at Los Angeles Burrito several times and really like the place. Small and off the beaten track and not your run of the mill Mexican food. No need for your coat and tie here just come as you are and enjoy their presentation of good Mexican food. If I am in the area and want a quick lunch this is the place to go. Located off highway 119 in Alabaster, Al. Going west on 119 turn right on Kent Dairy Road and look for a small strip mall on your left. The restaurant is located at the end of the strip mall. Not sure if they serve beer or wine so it's best to call for advice. The food is always fresh and I highly recommend the burrito. Prices are very reasonable but there is no table service. Just order at the counter and your food comes out quickly.
