Little outside centre of town you will find this atmospheric restaurant. Donât judge it by the outside, go inside and enjoy the good food! Friendly service, fresh ingredients, prepared and presented with care. Wine tasted well. Definitely worth your visit!

The owner of 'La Rustica' helps his guests to make a perfect choice from the various authentic Italian specials on the menu. The food is excellent, the atmosphere on the lovely terrace on a warm summer evening is great partly thanks to the 'entertaining' skills of the Italian owner. Great value for your money !

We stumbled into Case Vita as we walked around beautiful Wernigerode in the waning sun. We were not interested in the run of the mill German restaurants around the square and tend to look for Italian restaurants when traveling. The restaurant is fun, eclectic, warm and inviting from the get go. It seems to have a bit of a Mexican and Mediterranean flare to some of its meals. We enjoyed a fabulous pizza and dinner salad to share as well as a nice local bottle of wine. Service was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!
