Things to do in Wantirna
Staff are lovely, food looked nice and fresh although I personally didn't enjoy the smokey flavor of the sauce on my chicken wrap ($8.50) What I objected to most was the sexist picture of a scantily clad woman's backside on the tv while music played. Come on guys. I don't want to see that. Not in this day and age.

We went to this restaurant in December for a 90th birthday with over 30 of us and the meal and service was very good. We went again in January with 11 of us and again excellent meal and fantastic service, and plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
We are the addictive grill. Dine in or take away succulent, juicy & tender grilled burgers, skewers, pork chops, chicken & calamari. Choose your grill & homemade basting sauce, then watch them come to life over the hot lava rocks. All grilled meal packs a
This place opened up recently in Heathmont and is a godsend for something different to eat. It has a simple range of food and they do everything very well. The gluten free calamari is amazing and their salads are generous with all the ingredients, not just overloaded with lettuce. They also offer gluten free buns for their burgers. Highly recommend

Disappointed to say the least- especially when there were some good elements! But the salt was so overpowering. It was on the meat, the salad, the rice, the chips and the took over the side of pickles!!!! Sadly I couldn't finish my meal- we would have commented to the wait staff but she wasn't interested after bringing out our food either. Pity, the fresh pita was great!!! Won't be returning

This âupmarketâ Italian restaurant is tucked away in a commercial precinct, not far from Brandon Park shopping centre. The best thing is: parking is not a problem! At least, not on the Saturday when we visited for a family birthday celebration. The white table cloths and napkins add a certain âje ne sais quoiâ to the place: as waiter extraordinarie, Nikolas, expertly rolls and folds your napkin during your absence from the table!Nikolas was so very patient with our table - especially a 90 year old mother who likes to make difficult for everyone these days! The menu is very different from ârun of the millâ Italian restaurants and is a little on the adventurous side. A case in point is the swordfish two of us ordered: it was rare in the middle. As someone who only has well done steak, hamburgers - and salmon - I was quite taken aback that it was not cooked through. Upon being informed this was how ppl like swordfish to be cooked - I said that I would have liked to have been asked how I would like it cooked. Nikolas agreed to take my comment on board. But, as a baby boomer Iâve been around a while(!) and have travelled quite a bit and have eaten at a lot of restaurants in Australia and overseas - and I have never encountered âmedium rareâ swordfish before. It also means the fish is quite âtoughâ to eat - but admittedly, this was a very thick, generous piece.Be warned: Sette Bello is no cheap Italian. Main courses cost around $38 - while steak was $46. The pasta dishes are only marginally cheaper. The sides are $9 each - but the French fries were the best Iâve tasted!Desserts are around $16 each - but I highly recommend the lemon ricotta-filled cannoli at $4.50 each. We ordered 2 between 4 ppl and had trouble finishing it although it was delicious.Coffee was great, too!The restaurant had a lovely ambience - and thatâs mainly because the wait staff are so welcome and obliging. This Saturday lunch time was very busy - with ppl coming at various times in the lunchtime period.

We met an old work mate for brunch and were not disappointed. The restaurant has a lovely feel and the cake/dessert showcase looks very inviting. The service was very slow which suited us because we wanted to chat but you would not want to be in a hurry. The food was fantastic and the dishes are very large serves. We had the eggs benedict, poached eggs with hash browns and eggs with bacon and mushrooms. The mushies looked fantastic. The coffee was also very good and hot.Dear MeeMawB,Thank you for taking the time to providing your feedback, Glad to hear that you have enjoyed your meals and your experience, My sincerest apologies for the slow service that day, we had one of major equipment broke down in the weekends which unfortunately causes some delay .Looking forward to see you again.
